Mase and Griff just completed an initial delivery, with a couple of more to happen in the future. They were very kind, polite, professional and very very careful when handling our furniture. The communication between the two of them was also wonderful as it made it seem easy for them to get our pieces in safely. Well done and thank you!!!

My husband and I have been undergoing major house renovations - and one of the last things to do was the daunting task of selecting new furniture and accessories for various rooms.We browsed in a few area furniture stores with no success - should have gone directly to Critelli's based on a very favourable experience we had there five years ago!Jeff and I had the pleasure of meeting Interior Design Consultant Lisa - and had a very pleasant experience with her! She came to our house several times and in addition to providing valuable input as to what colours/materials/sizes worked well, Lisa also helped us select new chairs & a sofa, some end tables, a mirror and a new king sized bed frame with headboard. She even alerted us when some new lamps arrived at the store that she thought would work well - we loved them!It was also important to us to buy quality, Canadian made products - and Critelli's was able to make that happen too!Lisa is a friendly, very knowledgeable and not a pushy" individual who made our shopping experience a very positive one!
