Soulpower fitness is AMAZING! The class variety is fantastic and every single instructor makes you feel welcome and pushes you to really give it your all. This place is so much more than a gym. It’s a community and a family. For perspective I drive out from Saskatoon to attend classes several days a week…no where else compares to this place. Give it a try and you will be hooked….I sure was!

I have nothing but praise for Soulpower! The atmosphere is accepting of everyone, regardless if you are new to the fitness world or a seasoned pro. The instructors are welcoming and encouraging and the group atmosphere great support. I definitely would recommend checking it out!

Soul Power has been a source of strength for me and my health and fitness journey since it’s opening day. Owner Rochelle and several of the wonderful instructors and patrons have become supportive friends through some of the most difficult times of my life. I can’t say enough good about this group fitness facility and highly recommend any and all classes they offer.

Soulpower is a non intimidating environment, the instructors are all so friendly that you just want to stay and visit after your class. I was blessed to find Soulpower in 2016...and even though I live out of country now, I always try to visit when I come back!
