This review is going to be long, and I urge you to avoid this company. I have never dealt a more disorganized, uncooperative, and unprofessional business. If you want more information, I would go read the BBB website for the complaint we filed against GR Flooring.We went through GR Flooring to have tile installed in our renovated kitchen and side entrance. The installation was for end of July 2022. There was a dispute between us and the installer about the layout, and GR Flooring was unwilling to fix the floor to our satisfaction. However, despite the dispute with the layout, the installation of parts of the floor were done poorly as the installers were unprepared and ran out of tile clips to level the tiles on parts of the floor. GR Flooring agreed to replace the poorly installed floor at their expense. During this time, we had to deal with the installation manager and the store manager. We experienced nothing but excuses from both, blame directed towards us, and attitude from the store manager.They informed us that they had ordered more tile beginning of August. We received no communication from GR Flooring during August. Beginning September, I was communicating throughout the month with the installation manager about the ETA of the tile to complete the repairs. Since our kitchen was completely renovated, the cabinet company was still waiting for the floor to be fixed to complete their job in installing the toe kicks. I also had emailed the store manager to find out about the ETA of the tile and received no response. Due to lack of communication, I opted to put in a complaint with the BBB. In the response to our complaint, GR Flooring went on to create a fictional scenario where my partner and I were in disagreement about the floor. This was a grossly inappropriate claim to make to avoid taking responsibility for the poor installation that their company had done. Further, they went on to insult me for emailing the owner of this business in July when our concerns about the floor were not being taken seriously by any management, and the blame was being put on us as the customers. The owner’s email was available in the ‘contact us’ section of their website. It has since been removed; however, as per the most recent review below, the owner does in fact respond to customer’s complaints, so to suggest that I was looking for “an audience” is, again, grossly inappropriate.In later conversations with the installation manager, we had found out that a box of tile had in fact arrived. We were not notified of this. The floor in our kitchen area could have been fixed already and they were lying to the BBB and us about the tile not having arrived. Again, another company was waiting to finish their job on our cabinets. This business obviously does not respect other contractor’s time.Our floor has now been fixed, a process which should not have taken 6 months. The installer, Scott, who came to fix our floor did a great job; however, this company will not be receiving a good review from us due to our experience with them, nor our business ever again.This company is not welcome to contact me in response to this review. I will not change my review.

Upon arriving at GR Flooring we were greeted by many helpful staff members. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Todd who had extensive knowledge and recommendations for our project. He allowed us time to browse independently and answered all our questions.We highly recommend GR Flooring and will be doing business again with them in the future.

We had gone to them with our insurance claim about a year and a half ago we have had terrible service and in fact with recent inquiry they don't recall our flooring order and couldn't even find our file . 3 phone calls later speaking to a new employee who knew nothing another receptionist and a manager that had an attitude when I asked for an action plan. I took action and moving our business elsewhere as they don't seem to have any interest in fixing this.

Excellent service from Trevor and his team. Trevor was great to work with. He listened to my concerns and was very helpful. I am so glad we went with these guys (and the glue down LVP) instead of the other flooring place we looked at. Jordon did such a great job installing the LVP. Jon did a wonderful job building our custom nosings for our stairs. They look great, he is very considerate when working in your space and is clearly a perfectionist. The crew cleaned up after themselves, were polite and listened to any concerns. Thank you to these guys and the great job they did at our place! We love our new flooring!

Durable, reasonably priced and timely are a couple ways we would describe the product and our experience with the GR Team. This is the second home we have purchased flooring from Rene and we will definitely use them again. They installed Dream Weaver Carpet in our bedrooms and Aurra Vinyl Plank everywhere else. After several years of living and a couple thousand toy car miles the flooring still looks great. Jason, who installed both the carpet and the vinyl plank, not only did an exceptional job but made us truly comfortable inviting him in to work on our home.

My fiance and I built a house through Gilroy Homes and our flooring was done through GR flooring Inc. There was a mix up in the beginning, however, Michael, one of the owners of GR quickly fixed this with us and made it possible for us to install 'Harmony Thundercloud LVP' throughout most of our main floor. We are very thankful for Michael and his efforts to help us find a flooring we loved. He was patient, provided excellent customer care, and he was easy to work with. I highly recommend working with him to find the flooring you love.In regards to the flooring itself, it is absolutely beautiful and we have had numerous compliments on it. My only concern is that there are a few scratches already. That being said, they occurred right after install, while the house was still under construction (prior to us moving in). Since moving in 5 weeks ago, we have only had 1 scratch, and we have not noticed any scratches or damage from our dog at this point. It is also very water resistant which is amazing! Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the flooring.

The GR team was exceptional. Todd was especially knowledgeable and able to steer us towards products that fit our tastes and budget. All around great experience, love our new floors! Highly recommend, thanks!

My partner and I went with GR Flooring to do our kitchen floor. It was the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Every step of this process was met with incompetence. From trying to get a quote, to booking installation, to getting our floor repaired, it was all a headache and a mess. This company does not provide excellent customer service, but instead will try and gaslight you to avoid taking responsibility. This company could not even give us a correct invoice and tried to charge us for services not provided.I will never recommended GR Flooring to anyone.
