Mystic Nails

I am not one to leave reviews, good or bad, but my experience here was so terrible it's still weighing on my mind weeks later. I booked pedicures for myself and a friend for 530 on a Friday, I work in Langley until 430. I get a call as I'm leaving work asking where I am as I guess they wrote my appt time down wrong on their sheet. I tell them my appt isnt until 530 and asked if that's an issue. The woman says not a problem, see you at 530.I show up to glares from the entire staff. They begin speaking about me, in front of me, in another language so I cannot understand them. I know they are speaking about me because they keep turning to ask me questions throughout their conversation. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. If hadn't been meeting a friend, I would have walked out.The pedicure itself was also not great. The shellac was extremely patchy due to them rushing, my ankle was cut from the foot scraper and they cut my toenails even though I specifically asked them not to (I get ingrowns easily so I cut them myself before going)I pay extra for shellac so it lasts. My polish peeled after 10 days.If I could give 0 stars I would.

Kim was absolutely amazing and did my nails so beautifully. I’ve never seen a nail tech out as much care into my nails as she did. 10/10 would go back with her again!!

Finally found a great nail salon near me in Mission. Henry was so gentle ( I had a cut on the side of my finger ) he did an incredible job! Love it

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst experience ever once again. It’s only been a week since I got a acrylic set and they are already starting to come off. The whole nail just peels off. This is the second time I experienced this. Last time I went to them and complained, they fixed them. They made excuses for why they were just coming off but after they fixed them, they lasted. They no longer have good quality service, it’s the worst place to go to. Used to be my go to place to get my nails done. But now I will never go back to them. Don’t waste your money here!!

The staff was great ! I had to bring my 2 year old along and they were very understanding and accommodating ! Will definitely be back.

Nice shop, first time I went there, but the service was disappointing. They were overbooked and I was rushed through my pedicure. When the technician was putting on my polish she made a mess on my big toe, used a cotton ball to remove the polish and then put one coat on and no top coat. So the nail wasn’t completely covered, and left it like that and moved on to her next client. The polish started to come off on that toe 2 days later! Won’t be back!
