George Richards Big & Tall

I have shopped here quite often. Today the service was a bit off which surprised me considering it has always been excellent…. Surprised me enough to actually pen a review. No real check in with fitting, No offer to hem or do alterations, when I asked about a hem, just a shoulder shrug and not sure when it would be done. So I took them somewhere else. Again not a show stopper but a surprise for sure.

We dropped in at 6:30 because we NEEDED a couple items for a last minute fancy event. Louise and Darren (spelling??!) were working and the service was TRULY amazing. Usually when the store is closing in 30 minutes, employees are annoyed when you walk in to START shopping, but they were both eager to help and did so with no complaining. Really grateful for the kindness they extended to my kid who wasn't feeling so great about himself. Highly recommend. I will ONLY shop when one or both is working. Also a shout out to Trish, the manager who promised to tell them how great they are when I called today.The world is a grumpy place, and retail workers get poor treatment frequently. These two superstars are worth their weight in gold, platinum and gasoline (So thats like...a LOT!)

I’m a regular customer there and have spent $800 just in this past month. This evening I was treated extremely poorly by an employee, (tall red head/blonde man with long curly hair) for looking at a folded shirt on the table that I didn’t even unfold. He became highly unprofessional and said, “I’ll have to redo this again because you messed them up!!” My partner responded and said there was no mess made at all. His face was beat red and he continued to shake his head in frustration, visibly making his coworker that was serving us feel uncomfortable and embarrassed for his behaviour. Moreover, making us as good customers who are spending money in this store feel unwelcome. This is not the way any customers should be treated!

Had really good service from the Brandon shoppers mall location.Employee working was knowledgeable helpful and very courteous.

I would not come here if you are not tall, but if you are tall I recommend coming here

Excellent service from tip top staff while buying sons grad suit! Lots of selection as well. Very impressed!

Needed a shirt for my wedding. Walked in the door and the helpful staff showed me shirts. Bought the first one I tried on, A+Will probably be back.

In and out quickly. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Came in for one shirt and left with 2 brand new suites. 1 try without even measuring the saleswoman got both suite sizes correct.

Staff is extremely helpful. Prices are high but the quality is there. Sizes up to 5X.
