Went here expecting outlet prices. Everything was full price. A few items were on sale. They did offer a percentage off if you spent a certain amount. Nothing like the outlet stores in the sates.

Good deals and very helpful staff.

Walked into the store and it was pretty empty. Then saw two girls chit chatting but couldn’t tell if they worked there or were just customers. I looked around to see if there was someone who could help. Saw the stock room door left wide open so I figured maybe the staff are at the back. Then all of a sudden I see the two aforementioned girls walk away and stand behind the cash register while they continued to chit chat.That’s when I figured out they actually worked there. They never acknowledged me nor any other customers who walked in after me. It’s as if they were trying to avoid us. They were stuck in their own world socializing. Absolutely disgusting lack of service. So I chose to walk out and decided to no waste my money at this place.Please teach some basic customer service skills to your staff.

actually this store is great, I'm not sure what is low ratings for but I always received good service and good quality items here, you can find the best deals on boxing day and black friday, no line up!

This Reebok location never disappoints! I go there a lot and the store is always clean and full of stock. Their products are so trendy looking, and the people are so nice. I will be honest, sometimes the associates aren't around, but they're probably just really busy. Love the place, and love the people!

Staff just wants to stand behind the counter and chat and hope nobody asks them for anything. They don’t know anything about how to deal with a customer. Seems like they don’t want any customers to come in the store. Not at all helpful.

Very poor customer service . I just came out of store , staff very busy talking to each other even I was only customer. Two guys were standing by front entrance they turned their face when they saw me leaving store . 20 December Friday 2.45 pm . Never coming this store again because families not welcome there .

Great service. There is always people in the store to help me. And great prices too. I went when it was 40% off the entire store!
