My wife and I very much enjoyed working with Cory Watson on our recent Audi purchase at Audi Royal Oak. It was very refreshing to have a vehicle buying experience at a dealership that was the opposite of aggressive and pushy! Cory was easy to deal with, personable, knowledgeable, straight-forward and transparent. The team there from Scott in the Finance Office to Ben at pick up were also just as easy to work with as Cory. I'd like to commend Audi Royal Oak, Scott and John for exceptional service... And of course the star of our experience, the legendary Vince for an outstanding vehicle purchase experience. From the first call being answered professionally and politely, being directed to the appropriate staff, right through to the day of pick up, the experience was exceptional for both me and my missus. After purchasing many new vehicles over the years (all domestic brands) I can't believe how numb we've become to how poorly the majority of dealers actually treat their customers. This is our first German built vehicle and what an eye opener. Transparency, honesty, vehicle knowledge and a passion for vehicles are just a few priorities I found apparent dealing with Royal Oak! I just purchased a used (new to me Audi A4) and it was a great experience! They treated me just like I was purchasing a brand new showroom car. Jason was very knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy. When I went to pick it up it was inside in a bay and Jason went over all the gadgets and features and made sure I was all set up with my phone pairing. Scott in finance was great to meet with and went through all the paperwork for financing and explained everything so well! When I left I even got a goodie bag! I love my Audi and definitely recommend this dealership.
