Ordered Online - Took triple the quoted time to finish.Staff and delivery driver were extremely rude and insulting to my wife.Order was ultimately cancelled and we received nothing.Money has never been refunded.I have reached out to the manager several times and have been told it would be refunded, but it's been 2 months and obviously they have no intentions of returning our money. I would go anywhere else if you can.

We had the pizza melts they were way over cooked and didn't have any taste to them and very dry also had the garlic cheese sticks and that was about it only good thing about the dinner, I will not be coming back at all

Ordered online - went to pickup on time. Upon arrival I was told 15 more minutes, then 5 minutes, then 5 more minutes.... well you get the idea. It took 25+ extra minutes. No explanation was given as to why I was waiting so long, even though I asked. When I asked to cancel the the order, then the food appeared. A simple explanation would have gone a long way - stop lying to customers about time.Thinking it couldn't get more frustrating.....The delivery driver (young girl) was hanging out with a friend while delivering pizzas. She was bashing customers right outside the door of the restaurant, including calling me a b!tch". She did this in front of my family that was waiting in the car .... with the windows open.We went to this place because it was highly rated. If I could give it zero I would. Save your money and go to McDonald's."

We bought our first pizza from Pizza Hut Rocky Mountain House. We ordered delivery and it was at our door within 30 minutes. The pizza was delicious, right amount of sauce, right amount of cheese to make it string with each bite. I've ordered extra sauce,extra cheese from every pizza place in town and it still didn't taste like there was enough. So I am excited we finally have a pizzeria that understands good pizza!

I walked in to place an order in June . I was told twenty minutes , that sounded great so I ordered and waited outside. After twenty five I came back in, some other people in line were told twenty minutes , and they had placed their order well before hand. They told me twenty minutes, I said they said that a half hour ago, . Very disorganised.You don't please customers by misleading how long it will take for their orders. I did get my order after trying to cancel it. They said 8 more minutes. Pizza tasted ok . Staff were friendly, even if they had no idea how to tell time.

Excellent pizza and garlic bread. Had a problem with online ordering. Couldn’t figure it out and wanted the special which is only available online. My husband went to the restaurant and had excellent help from the staff. In fact the staff had difficulty as well. Time to simplify online ordering.

Do not get the Cinnabons. We got 2 BIG mistake!!! They were tiny and undercooked, not anything like what I would have expected.The pizza we got was good though.

As always, the food is fantastic. They need more space for sit-down eating. Best pizza for supper and breakfast the next day!
