Firstly they opened the shop late at 11:10 AM. Then we asked how long will it take to make a pretzel and they told us 15 mins. We waited for 20 mins and asked again; they told us 20 more mins. Horrible service !!

This is a hard pass. The dough being used and possibly the baking time are not consistent with what a pretzel should be. It's more like a buttered and salted bun or loaf of bread. Supposed to be chewy, heavy, bit stretchy. Not fluffy inside and crispy like an overcooked loaf of bread on the outside.Save your money, there are better pretzel makers in the city.

Quality over quantity. Slow down and make them right. We ordered one pretzel and it was basically a bun. Very lightly cooked, not even shaped like a pretzel, very soft and pulled apart too easily.definitely not deep brown, thick and chewy, like I've always experienced pretzels. The seasoning was delicious, but these were no where near a pretzel and we were quite disappointed when we got to our vehicle, but we were hungry and ate.

They told me to wait 10 mins to order and then she proceeded to take order before me from someone from her ethnicity.Due to he actions I waited more and the pretzel is really thin and tiny! What they advertise is way bigger.

The lady working there was shopping in Lululemon while we were waiting for the shop to open. She came at 11:10 instead of 11. And it took 30 mins for her to get everything started. Disgusting service!!
