The staff here are great. Its easy to book appointments and they take care with each customer to make sure you are satisfied. Stephanie is very flexible and easy to work with for hairstyling. And Josee does a fabulous pedicure that lasts. The great staff, convenient lo ation and the coffee and chocolates keep me coming back.

I had my second facial at Aurora Salon & Spa yesterday, and it was wonderful. It is the only place I know of that includes a foot soak and a gentle arms and legs massage as part of their facials! Both Josée and Kenzie are fantastic and I left there with glowing skin and floating on air.

Aurora salon and spa is lovely! it is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. I had a fantastic experience with Josee. The whole experience went beautifully she made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

HAIR - Zoe did an absolutely amazing job on my blonde highlights and cut/layers. I love how it turned out so much! I very much enjoyed chatting with her throughout the process. Highly recommend booking Zoe at Aurora - I will be back for sure!EYEBROWS - Kenzie did an amazing job on my eyebrow wax. It was quick, painless, and no leftover hair like my last place. I highly recommend booking with Kenzie for eyebrows and the other services she offers :)Overall - Aurora is a great salon and I have found my new spot!

Absolutely wonderful spa!! I booked in with esthetician Kenzie who was fantastic! I also booked with Erica for highlights and a cut!! Erica is fabulous!! I cannot say enough about her with the highlights and cut - best ever!! She is a true professional and knows what she is doing. I finally feel like my very fine hair is in good hands and will not be over processed. I have already booked my next appointment with Erica. I loved the spa products, ambiance, cleanliness, and little extras. Truly a quality spa with thoughtful & knowledgeable owners.

I have gotten my hair done by Ania a couple of times now and she does a perfect job. I was new to salons the first time I came in and was very nervous about the process & result, but she did a fantastic job listening to what I wanted and making me feel comfortable. She nails it every time and I will always be coming back here when I need my highlights redone and bangs freshened up. The salon is very clean and somewhat small, but you can be sure you’re getting individualized care and attention.

Been going here since 2017, all the staff are excellent in what they do. I enjoy the conversations I overhear. Josie for manicure and pedicure and body waxing and Anne for hairstyling. I highly recommend everyone. I am from the High Arctic, Banks Island, we don't have anything there like Aurora Salon & Spa, but we have lots of polar bears!

I was amazed by the service!!! The pedicure was excellent and I got some tips on how to prevent cracks on the heels. The facial and massage were so relaxing!!! Clean environment and friendly staff!!! I can’t wait to be pampered again! Mackenzie, you’re the best! Keep up the great work!!!

Great first-time experience with Stephanie. She listened to my wishes and did a beautiful job on my hair. My family asked if I changed hair colour. I said no. So, I am wondering what the lovely shampoo and conditioner used was? It has been a very long time since a salon used a product on my hair that I didn't have to immediately go home and wash out because the smell was so awful. I'm very thankful for that.

Can I just say WOW!! I discovered the salon while browsing for a nail salon to bring my friend who just got engaged for manicures and pedicures. I live close by and had searched hair salons in the past and didn’t see this one come up, so I was very excited to discover a salon and spa close to me for my hair needs AND nail needs. I called the salon and inquired about a root touch up and spoke with the wonderful Kenzie and she booked me in for a root touch up, manicure, brow wax and a lash tint as the services she was listing sounded wonderful on the phone and I wanted to have a spa day :) I went yesterday and Anna did my root touch up and let me just say she is AMAZING! She did a phenomenal job and it was one of the best hair appointments I’ve ever had! They even served me coffee and little chocolates too. This set me up for an even more amazing day. Then, I had Kenzie who had done all 3 of the rest of my services for my manicure, brow wax and lash tint and all of them were flawless! I’ve already booked my friend and I for mani/pedi’s and to come back and get facials and my next root touch up. I HIGHLY recommend checking out this amazing gem and you’ll see for yourself the wonderful service they will provide.
