Wouldn’t recommend selling here at all. The make you bring the clothes in basket folded but then when they give you back the clothes they didn’t take they are all unfolded and in a mess. All workers also seem clueless and clearly have no management skills.

This new location is much better than the old one. Lots of more room and light in there. The ladies working are very nice and approachable. I sold some of my gently used clothes, bags and a few shoes. They took about half of the stuff I brought and payed cash. The stuff they didn’t take wasn't in season; can't complain. I sold on a Monday; two bins took about 30min. The stuff they are selling is in pretty good shape besides a few questionable items on the floor.. all in all a good experience.

Always love the clearance deals. Deals on top of more deals. Great way to get new clothes without breaking the bank.

I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the fact that they don't always stock up well on the men's side. Have bought a couple of shoes from here, great condition

This store is confusing when it comes to them buying your used cloths vs what they have out on the floor. I bought jeans only to find out after I bought them they are ripped due to wear and tear. But yet, the girls at the front told me they couldn't take an addidas sweater I had ( brand new) because there one a slight seam issue beside the Zipper that I didn't even notice. After she told me that she also told me they weren't taking anymore clothes at that time. Why didn't you just say that at the start instead of wasting my time. Also, I find it ridiculous that some clothing items aren't even cleaned. I looked st hand bags while I waiting for the girl at the front to reject my sweater, and the front of one purse was stained with something that was spilt on the front. At this point, people are better off going to winner to get better deals and your momey back if you have an issue with the item. Something this place lacks.

The men’s clothing selection is very poor and generic, It seemed like they put little to no effort into that section....I actually noticed that one of the pairs of jeans were way over priced for a pair of jeans that had paint stains all over It for $20....and it was not meant to be the style of it because the way the paint looks definitely shows someone had used them for a painting job, got paint on them and had no other option but to throw them out of give them away....as well as the music doesn’t seem to appeal to many people I have noticed that they played the same type of music continuously and the music variety is not good at all. I would recommend expanding their music options to something more appealing to different demographics. Once you apply music that appeals many different people, it really will attract others to come in more. On a positive note there was an employee named Madison that had gone out of her way to ensure that I had the best experience possible and it really did make me feel welcome. It was actually the first time I’ve ever had that type of support when coming in the store.

It's a great place to sell some of your gently used belongings. I also like to shop around while I'm waiting for my items to be reviewed. Friendly and helpful staff as well. One star removed for prices being too expensive for some items in store while offering you quite low for what you bring it. But I guess that's how they make a profit.

This store ONLY wants name brand clothes!!! And items that are ONLY for teens!!! They take your items ONLY if it's a trend!!! Anything else they won't take!!! The girls that work there are not helpful or nice at all!!! They basically take your items and sell it for more money than what you can buy in store or online. This place is a joke!!! You're a use clothing store not retail!!! So stop selling your items like if they were brand new!!! They even say if you don't like it don't come here anymore!!! Rude!!! The girls at the cash are unbelievably RUDE!!! I guess I'll be taking this to the head office till something is done about this!!! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!

Love this location. They always have the best quality and brands. Staff here is always lovely and of all the Plato’s I find this location give you the best deal when purchasing your items. I live closest to the Guelph location but I’ll always drive the commute to this Brampton because it is my favourite. The staff is so friendly on their Instagram as well. They know that I’m always looking for Marc jacobs items and they don’t mind holding items for me if I’m on my way since I’m coming from 45 mins away.
