Tom is a great guy, honest and is usually on site to install. Focuses on what matters and is good at it. Installed carpet twice vinyl twice, and repaired a vinyl floor so you couldn't even tell. Great company.

just want to say thanks and great job. love the new office carpet and thinking to have some work done at home also.just an update , we had A1 come out and help with the stairs this year and also hallways and bedrooms, ------of course they did a GREAT INSTALLATION JOBb again! .....Wife is VERY PLEASED, guess is Should not have waited so long to call tOM at A1 back hahaha!..Thanks A1 for quality work....! Looks so great!

Tom and his crew are AMAZING!! We had them remove and refinish about 2,000 square feet of our house and we had an aggressive timeline we were hoping to get it done in. Not only did they meet the timeline, but they also exceeded our expectations! Floors look great; they did a great job on the seams/transitions between rooms/closets on the carpet. He floated our Vinly to avoid transitions and it looks awesome.Tom places customer service #1, he is great to work and goes way out of his way to make sure you’re satisfied! Tom does the estimates, works with you where he can and is present during installs, couldn’t ask for more!Folks, please go local and avoid big box/national companies for your flooring needs and choose Tom and his team at A-1, you will not regret your decision!!

I have not seen someone so prepared to put customer satisfaction in the utmost priority as A1’s owner and staff. Our carpet and vinyl from A1 is beautiful and perfectly placed. The end result is amazing, not a single bit of carpet mess left behind and, being from the industry, I’ve not seen that before. Prices were very good and the selection process made to be quite easy. I’ve heard some nightmare carpet stories from those “in the know” and “around the block” which made me very glad to have chosen A1 because I’ve also heard of some really great feedback and customer experience with these guys from those you might never hear from, or read about, online. I am told A1 keeps the business they have and they aren’t needy to add to their customer list but, when you give such a great product, over-the-top service, and a general pleasant experience to a sometimes stressful decision (and time: for us, building a house) you get just that, more customers, because anyone I know will hear about what a great company this is and we will for sure only get our carpet and vinyl needs handled by A1 Floors in the future. Hope this review is helpful because not even could you talk me into anything that would cause me to “chance it” with another company. Thank you, thank you, thank you A1 for putting the customer first, your company name is appropriate and your work ethic so appreciated by these new homeowners.

We chose A-1Floors because it is local, small business. Tom is friendly, treats people as you would want to be treated. He went out of his way to be sure we were satisfied.We love ❤️ our LVT (luxury vinyl tile) in our kitchen and dining room.
