I want to start with something positive. To buy a new car in this dealership was fantastic idea, very nice and attentive customer service. But today I changed tires for winter and I can say that I have not yet met such a terrible service. A month ago when I came to book an appointment, I asked how long it would take to change the tires, I was told 50min or up to an hour. Today I asked again about the time before giving the keys and they confirmed that it would take up to an hour. As a result, I waited 1 hour 45 minutes !!! How can you plan your working day then??? Kindly next time let your customers know that this service will take 2 hours. I am very disappointed.(((

Maxime Leboeuf was a true professional. What a worst experience just received!! Called in to take an appointment but then had to cancal it which was done no later than 10 mins after it was booked. Next day they called me if I'm still willing to book an appoitment today since they care for their customers and dont forget about them.. haha sounds nice but here we go I had to drive 1 hour all the way from west to their dealer and GUESS WHAT???? they guy who I'm suppose to see telling me, they already took the deposit for the car and I'm really sorry but I dont even know why this happened. What a waste of time ?? They convinced me to take an appointment and then this. Wow, I would never recommmed anyone to try their services because its just terrible when they have zero communication within their own team.

Worst dealership. They kept my car for 6 weeks to end up not finding the problem. I brought it to another Nissan and they found the issue right away. Also the rental car I had was disgustingly dirty with a cracked windshield.

Took my murano for a transfer case leak to get repaired under warranty. Got the car back and a couple months later I noticed the leak was 10x worse. They fixed it again (thankfully it was still under warranty at that point) and when I took the car back I noticed a burning smell after getting off the highway. I couldn't tell where it was coming from. After about a week it went away. After 3 months the wheel bearing failed. The car was no longer under warranty so I fixed it myself. When I took the wheel bearing off I noticed anti-seize slathered all over the threads and nut flange of the wheel bearing (this nut needs to be removed for the transfer case job). This nut needs to be torqued to a specific tension, otherwise it will crush the bearing and cause the failure. The anti-seize that was used likely threw off the torque applied (can affect the values by 30%), or the tech just zipped it on with an impact. This car only had 50k on it. Also to top it off I have an exhaust leak from the engine bay, and it looks to be coming from the manifold, which is one of the things that needs to be removed for the transfer case job. Another job for me to do, like I don't have better things to do. What other surprises will I find in the future after this job? Really not happy with all the work I needed to do after this under-warranty repair. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the person (Matthew I think?) who I worked with at the front desk. Both stars are for you, you were a pleasure to work with.
