Best Bike Brussels

I first got in touch with Best Bike when I was looking for a touring bike. After some great advice and a test ride I bought the Trek 520 from them. I did a bike touring holiday with it and use it as my bike for everyday. I am still very happy with the bike after 3 years. My girlfriend also bought her Trek bike here and she as well is very satisfied with hers. What stands out with Best Bike is their impeccable service and technical knowledge. I still return for bike maintenance and various bike accessories and I always leave with a smile on my face. So in short, Best Bike truly lives up to its name and I can totally recommend them for either buying a new bike or for any maintenance or accessories for your current bike :)

Excellent service in a family run shop. Very helpful and friendly. Good range of nice quality bikes. Tweaking the Trek electric bike I bought to suit what I wanted wasn’t any problem for them - they even worked late to make sure it was available on time. I’d certainly recommend them. Ps for those of us not too confident in French, English was no problem for them.

Super helpful and friendly. Took time and care to find the perfect ebike for me. No easy task as I'm 66 and hadn't sat on a bike for 20 years. It's now my pride and joy.Best Bike also repair my husband's wheelchair, handybike and rolator. Perfect service!

One day, passing by the store, I decided to go in just to see some bikes and check the prices. I was received by Jorgen and I have to say that, after having entered several other stores and being treated badly, it was nice to be received by such a friendly and attentive person. He showed me a bike I really liked and took all the time to explain the details to me. And I have to say that he is such a good salesman that even though I only went to check prices, I left with a new bike! In my experience this is the best bike shop in Brussels. Bought front and rear mudguard for the bike. Good price and product - however, only after I asked if there was a cheaper option than the one immediately proposed to me. Then salesman went outside with me to look at my bike, and gave me the perfect option. Recommend, friendly personell!

They are quite professional and kind. I went to fix a screw of a Thule Bike rac I bought online and they kindly helped me for free. I also received very good advice when I bought my helmets in their shop. Definitely, very good shop run by very good people.

I had a very nice experience today at Best Bike Brussels, I found what I needed and all my questions were answered. The only downside is that the products may be overpriced, but on the other hand, you get a service that you don't have online.

Decent reparation for the amount of pieces needed fixing, however I had the unpleasant surprise that the reparation went beyond the offer list which I explicitly agreed on and which I had taken care to ask on writing. Hence the price for reparation ended up being (well) above the proposed - and accepted - price offer.Long story short: extra costs for reparation should only be okay if client's agreement has been obtained first. Good faith and transparency should prevail.Happy the bike got fixed in the end though, thank you :-)

I’m super happy about my purchase! I got a fantastic e-bike, after careful consideration with the super nice owner, who helped me choose the best option for me. They offer quality products and quality support, as well as valid alternatives when there are delays in delivery (which are clearly out of their hands..). I’m glad to have chosen Best Bike and I highly recommend it!!

Update 1,5 week later: It's a pitty, but I must take 5 starts off and leave 0 starts, but that's not possible, so let it stay 1. Today I packed my twin girls (not easy job to do every time we need to go out and drive) and came to shop to fix second Bugaboo flat tire (no luck with these tires), but unfortunatly was chased out together with my babies as person, who approached insisted shop cannot do such emergency fixing now and only in 1 month. Buggy is needed for trips to pharmacy, to doctors, I cannot go to these very important places without buggy with 2 babies of 5 months. Shops should accept such short time requiring emergency fixings no matter how busy they are. A man I talked to even said, he has no time to talk to me. How come 1,5 week ago service was so different? Tire was fixed in 10 minutes. What changed today? Extremely dissappointing.20220424:Today we received quick, very polite, friendly service to repair the tire of Bugaboo buggy. My strolls with twins in the park can continue thanks to Best Bike store. Thank you!
