Very happy with the customer service at ez vape guilford, Rocco really knows his stuff, there wasn't a question I had that he couldn't answer. Hes very polite, great energy and very informative. I'll definitely be going back to purchase more goods from this guy.

My jaw almost hit the floor when I was told how much the vape juice was. It was literally $12.00 less for the exact same item at another store on King George Blvd. I know where I won't be buying from that's for sure.

Been going to this vape shop for a while now because it’s convenient. Won’t be going back after 2 bad experiences. The first incident, I asked for a 0.6 coil and showed the staff member the coil I currently had in my vape (it was a 0.6 coil that came in the device kit) and the staff member (older white guy) proceeded to gaslight me insisting it was a 0.8 coil and that 0.6 doesn’t exist for my device, even tho I had one right in front of him and was trying to show him. He said I just couldn’t see properly and my eyes were playing tricks on me. I wasn’t going to argue after going back and forth with him for a few minutes so I settled and just bought a single 0.8 coil so I could be on my way. Upon getting the 0.8 coil and comparing it to the 0.6 coil, they were indeed different and not both 0.8 like he insisted. That left a bad taste in my mouth. If he didn’t have any 0.6 in stock, I would’ve preferred he just say that, rather than trying to insist I was wrong. The second incident, I went to buy juice and explicitly asked for 12mg. The same older white guy sold me 20mg and I unfortunately didn’t notice until I’d already opened it. Won’t be giving this place my business anymore.

I needed a cable from these guys and they were so damn helpful. Guy didn't even charge me. They helped me get what I needed and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to stop by.

Chill staff, quite a bit of options to choose from.Pretty straight forward with what you want and them knowing where it is right away.Once you get to know them or visit regularly, they're really nice and chill.
