I worked with John on multiple project ideas, and he was great to work with and always accommodating. even with the multiple changes I did in the projects from home additions to garage suite! we eventually went with the garage suite and started the initial process of the project. can update once we move further on the project.

Good experience, available all the way till the end of the project, always available when there is need for correction and adjustment to be be made. Good ending.

I was lucky to find JamaDesign over a year ago after being disappointed with another drafting company. What a pleasure to work with Jon! He effortlessly understood what I was looking for in the design/remodel of my house and really delivered. Rebuilding and adding to a 1978 built house was a challenge especially since it’s going towards being net zero and has double stud walls, JamaDesign did a very good job. The house is nearing completion but there was something we recently decided to add, the General Contractor explained what was required and as usual Jon worked his magic, got the drawings done quickly and properly. The windows and doors are in, the roofing and siding will be completed soon, I’m looking forward to sharing some photos of the finished project!

I had Jon do a complete drafting of my basement suite to enable me to apply for legalization of same. Jon arrived when he said he would and completed the drawings. Jon did a great job in drafting my as-built deck and hot tub along with a new proposed swimming pool! I had a nontypical as-built deck that I built and he helped me get approval of all of my permits required from the City. Good quality drawings for a good price.
