Got my Rav4 2023 in December last year. Both Dawson and Maher were very informative and helpful. Buying process was clear and smooth.Waiting time was only 2 months where all other dealerships want me to wait for at least 6 months.

Dealership calls after test drive.The day of pick up to inform us car is at body shop getting hood repainted and other body work. Do to Toyota factory covering.Once removed clear cut was damaged and local body shop burnt through paint trying to repair clearcoatI asked them why wait till delivery to call us to reveal this.Sales guy makes up storey how I told him on test drive but it was out of the 24/hr period to report to Toyota.I tell him I never seen damage he then says oh it was your wife. She also never seen damage.Not sure why he made this storey up.So Honda Canada says it was Bird dropping that caused the damage and that they will not cover any paint issues on going on this hood.So now we go to see the vehicleThe paint doesn't match at all. The hood is much darker very noticeable.The says guy say he is colour blind literally.The sales manager says it's close enough I'm not sending it backThe owner says I'm not going to look at it.1 in 10 vehicles come in needing body shop paint repair and your lucky to get a vehicle.You can wait 2 years to get another one if you don't like it. And that he doesn't have to disclose damages to the customer before pickup. I said I know as you tried to get this done then waited literally to we where coming to disclose as the 70k new vehicle was in a local body shopSo I ask him if he is ok with sending out 1 in 10 vehicles to local body shop for paint repair. He said it's the business.This owner is a real winner.You decide if you can trust this man and his dealershipWhen a dealer already starts lying and hiding things beware.Look at pictures to see before.They tried to hide that.And after the hood doesn't match as you can see it's darker.Owner is not trust worthy he tried to repair and would not provide body shop invoice to disclose extent of damages

We've had an excellent experience from start to finish at this location.When selecting our car, Dawson helped lay out our options without any pressure. When we got our vehicle he gave us a run down of everything which clear knowledge of what this vehicle can do and how. His patience was so very appreciated.Marah was exceptionally thorough in taking us through all the details of the purchase. I know exactly what I've signed on for, because he took the time to explain it all! I felt like he was always trying to do his best for us.Between selecting my vehicle and driving off the lot, I must have called back a dozen times with different questions and issues and they were both so kind. They really made this an incredible experience!

Great experience through out for our factory ordered Rav4 SE hyb.Dave/Maher were very kind and informative from first day.The delivery of a car was surprisingly quicker than anticipated, which was way better than any other nearby toyota dealership.

Trying first time their car service. So far its positive with dropping and getting shuttle back to my place. I will edit this comment if not satisfied with the quality of services I paid for.Update: changing my five star rating to 3, noticed lining of car trunk is ripped and a broken stud in trunk.It was perfectly fine when I loaded my summer tires before service appointment. Disappointed!!

The team at Woodstock Toyota was absolutely fantastic. From the moment of first contact, Dawson was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to assist in finding the best cost for me, as well as work around my insane schedule to be able to view and test drive my new beauty. Once we started the process of purchase, Maher came in and was equally as pleasant and helpful with the entire process.Huge thanks to both of them helping me get into my dream car! Could not have done it without them!

We purchased a used vehicle at Woodstock Toyota. A very pleasant and relaxing experience from start to finish. Everyone that we dealt with was professional and friendly. There was no pressure. They were able to answer all of our questions. We highly recommend this dealership.

Ongoing battery drain on my Toyota. Asked service to diagnose it again for the third time and spoke with the manager last night explaining the issue. He suggested to unplug my dealer installed remote starter and see if that was the issue.They called during the service, told me the tech thinks it's the remote starter and needed another hour to diagnose the problem. I suggested they just unplug the remote starter for now and see if that cures the problem as I can live without it.When my wife picks up my truck I have a bill for completely cutting out my remote starter (literally just snipping wires) and she's told the truck battery is still draining.Are they completely incompetent? We paid for the full extended Platinum warranty and it is still covered for another two years. The perfectly good remote dealer installed starter is lying in a box, my truck wiring is a disaster and they never solved anything.Update: Woodstock Toyota paid to have the remote starter reinstalled.

We're so happy with our experience. Dawson and Maher were great to work with, and made the process very simple for us newbies. No games, no funny business. Just great customer service and the confidence that we were making the right choice of vehicle. Thanks team!
