Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Although initially it was unclear whether this was an on-airport or off-airport location ... I figured it out when I saw the very small Enterprise sign at the National counter. Once I cleared that up, the rental went fine and return was easy too. The car was nice and we'll maintained. The agents were friendly and helpful.

Easy, expedited process for checking out the vehicle. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However, it was a bit difficult getting a hold of them when they weren't at the desk, as the business card provided at the location only rang the unmanned desk. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'll definitely use them again.

Great service atthe Sudbury ON airport. it was very cold and the cars are parked outside. When I arrived, my car had been started and was warm and waiting for me.

Overall, the experience was quite enjoyable. The person who checked me in gave me a free upgrade to an SUV, which turned out to be incredibly helpful on certain roads in Sudbury. However, while checking in, he asked me about additional insurance coverage and I declined. Turns out that when I turned the car back in I had been charged for that additional insurance and damage liability. Luckily the attendant who took my car was very understanding after I explained the situation and removed the charge from my bill. Again, an easy and enjoyable experience. If I go back to Sudbury I'll rent from here again.

Horrible service was at the counter well before closing and nobody was around, had even called before going and was told that he was here till 6pm. Will never be dealing with again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Made a reservation for an suv i read all fine print of using debit Visa got all the way there to get the vehicle and they told me i could only use the card i had if i had a flight and was told to go to another enterprise i informed them that they were the only one that had the vehicle i needed and they said that its Friday and people would be bringing there vehicles back was not able to get a rental ruined my plans for the weekend

This car rental place offers reasonable priced rentals, have a lot of rental options and excellent operating hours especially from the airport. Staff are very friendly and accommodating especially with travel weary folk. When there is an issue they work to arrive at a satisfactory agreement. The only reason i gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that all staff should b trained in dealing with international licenses as our first contact at the airport lacked info. Our car was clean, had not been smoked in (bonus for this highly asthmatic). The only other complaint i have is trying to find a phone number to call from Italy was challenging. Not knowing how the agency functioned, i was ansnxious about making our booking and wanted assurance from someone live.

The Worst enterprise location, very poor and rude Sales agent (27/04/2019) I think her name is Elizabeth Sadler. She treated us not as a customer but as a refugee. Please make sure that your staffs are given proper training on how to treat a customer.

There is no other way to describe this location than one big #Fail.Rented from the Sudbury Airport location 2+ weeks ago while on business in the area. My drop location was in Grimsby ON.Still waiting for my receipt after 3 days of emails, phone calls (where no one ever answers) and corporate escalations.My advice, you have other options.

The level of unprofessionalism here is unreal, we went and there was a kid working there about 16 years old who clearly didn’t know much and who also had his AirPods in for our whole interaction which is incredibly rude. This kid clearly has no customer service experience. And just because they’re wearing suits doesn’t mean they’re being professional.
