Was instructed on the parcel slip that my package would be available “After 1:00pm”. Went in and multiple hours later I’m being told it’s still not available? When you give a customer a timing make sure it’s accurate some people have better things to do then drive out of their way for nothing.

To the lady who was working till close on Nov 14 Id like to say thanks for nothing. Youre a shinning example of why the service industry is dying! I work a very busy job in the service industry as well and without taking time off work its very difficult to get here within their hours. Ive recently moved to the area and need to go to this location specifically to make arrangements to get mail box keys. I arrived there at 5 oclock precisely and the door was already locked. After knocking the employee answered. I explained my situation and she simply told me there was nothing she could do (nothing she was willing to do, shes not fooling anyone). Unwilling to work for 5-10 extra minutes to help someone is poor customer service indeed. In my industry we are available 24/7 with no after hours or emergency fees. Im tired of bending over backwards and working long physically hard hours for ppl without even a thankyou. Especially when ppl and companies like this do things like this every day and no one says anything. Keep up the stellar work!

Please update your hours to correct time. Drove all the way out to this location only for it to be closed. Tried to call to verify the time (even during open hours) and no one ever answers the phone here.
