I have heard this is the best gold smith in Lethbridge so I have them sizing my engagement ring. I just wanted to highlight my experience with the customer service. The gentlemen measuring my ring finger made the comment of why don't you just eat more?" to make my ring fit. As someone who is in recovery for an eating disorder this was incredibly triggering. I want to shed light that this is NOT an appropriate thing to suggest to your customer

I took my engagement ring in. The amethyst had fallen out and the claws were broken . We were actually headed to another goldsmith but they were closed, Vincent was open , so we took it there. We received excellent, friendly service when we went in and were told it may be a bit of a wait for it so he could find a nice replacement amethyst . 4 days later I got the call that my ring, and a broken chain I'd also taken in, were ready. Amazingly fast. We picked them up today and they did a beautiful job. The amethyst is perfect and the ring looks new. I highly recommend Vincent Goldsmiths. The parking was also great.. right outside their door!

Went in to have a stone replaced in my wife's ring and was pleased with the results. No hidden cost. No surprise. Just great quality work. Came back on time and at the quoted price. I would recommend them for ring repair.

I designed a custom engagement ring and wedding bands with Vincent and the rings exceeded my expectations. My fiancé has gotten numerous compliments on her ring, some from complete strangers, and she is thrilled with how it turned out. Vincent was great to work with throughout the process and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend checking him out if you are considering custom jewellery.

Went to have my engagement and wedding ring resized. Vincent came out to show me that one of my stones was getting a little loose and asked if I wanted it fixed. He was very kind and courteous throughout my visit. Upon picking up the rings I could not believe how beautiful they looked! They look just as good as the day I got them and for a good price as well.Thank you Vincent and team for everything you do!

I asked him to remove my watch strap. He did. Then I asked him to leave the pins in. And he questioned me. He told me the price would be $30 for the removal of the 2 pins. I questioned the price and he got aggressive and demeaning.

Very good experience with Vincent. I recently purchased (very good price, too) a wedding/engagement ring set in 14k white gold and re-sizing was included. However, because I estimated my betrothed's ring size wrong, had to have it re-sized again. I was not charged for the second re-sizing , which I thought I would have to pay for, as it was my mistake. Very fair treatment and fast too. I would recommend Vincent Goldsmiths to any and everybody.
