Bhakti and Trinity have been fantastic in helping me recover from a MVA.The staff is very polite and friendly. Highly recommend Pro Physio.

I highly recommend this location for Pro Physio, but best to book well in advance because they are very busy! The therapists and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating.

Jay is probably the best physiotherapist I've ever had. He is great to share knowledge and pinpoint the problem areas. I always learn so much from him and he answers every question or concern I have. Anoli is also fantastic and great to accommodate my busy schedule. Anoli is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She has no problem calling my insurance to ask questions and ensure my benefits are in order. I really appreciate all she does behind the scenes! Anoli keeps everything organized in my file and if I ever have issues, she's so quick to deal with them

The entire staff here is amazing and will help you to the best of their knowledge with your claims, and Liji Anish is a rockstar. I go in with pain and discomfort that keeps from doing even daily chores and come out feeling like I can get my to-do list done. Love the team!

I’ve been receiving care from Bhakti and MK for a wrist/arm injury for a few months now. Both are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and their teams are so kind and welcoming. I’ve been to a few different Physio businesses and this is by far the best one. I’m very grateful to the entire team for always working around my crazy work schedule and helping me to feel so much better!

I highly recommend Pro Physio & Sports Medicine Centre on March Road in Kanata. I have been in the careful, compassionate and competent care of the team of physiotherapists and their assistants for 6 months. They have enhanced my mobility, strengthened my body and increased my flexibility. They have given me wholistic ways to better manage my pain and heal my whole body with in clinic and at home activities and the advice and guidance to care for me as a whole person and not just restricted to the specific injury. I honestly do not know where I would be without this incredibly caring team.

Very nice staff and especially physiotherapist Bhakti Khadilkar is awesome, I had undergone with surgery and Bhakti took care of my all rehab activities and now I am able walk by my own. Very friendly professional and talented, pls. keep it up Bhakti and continue to be awesome.

My work is very physically intensive and there were a couple of times I’ve gotten injured, but this place accelerated my recoveries. They thoroughly assess your injury and provide the the most appropriate treatments. The staff are also super nice and care for your well-being. Most of all, they are extremely flexible and understanding. Highly recommend them!

My children were involved in a moter vehicle accident on 2 occasions. The 1st time we had Bahkti and MK both were extremely helpful and and knowledgeable.The 2nd time an accident occurred only 1 of my kids were involved. I didn't hesitate to go right back. We had Bahkti and honestly could not be happier. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my kids. Not only is she careful not to push too hard, understanding that everyone heels and feels pain differently, but she is also meticulous and takes pride in her work.Then we have our amazing Anoli, the receptionist who honestly handles and looks after all the accounts and the front area. Months after we had finished our time at March rd Pro Physio, I needed copies of receipts that had been submitted to insurance. She is so organized that it honestly took her no time to send them right over. She worked with me on several occasions as the insurance company kept going back and forth. She was always so kind and courteous each and every time.
