They have amazing staff, so nice and friendly. When I had my younger children with me the staff talked to them as well, made them feel welcomed. The staff is knowledgeable of the items sold and was able to help me locate everything I needed.

Need to up date the time on the internet page they said it's open until 8 but they close at 6 p.m.

It's great having a real hardware and construction materials supplier in the village and I try to go there first when i need something. This location is great for the basics; wood, plumbing, electrical and paint. Specialized items maybe not be in stock and will require a special order or a trip to Ottawa. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is well organized. The staff was especially great when public access to stores was limited in the spring of 2020 taking orders by phone or email when an item wasn't in their online store.

Web site doesn’t support English. Search is useless in English. Search house paint, screw extractor, etc. and it’s check spelling or no results. Horrible web site. The store and employees are really good.

Do you need anything period ? Don't go here. I promise they won't have it. All they have is : a store with empty shelves, a paint section that can't color match anything, staff who are severely undertrained, rude, and don't know a single thing they're talking about. Deliveries ? Forget it, always an excuse as to why,they can't. Did I mention the store is always empty and they never have stock ? Imagine trying ro buy an LVL beam only for them to tell you no, you have to order a bunch of lumber to be able to order any; what kind of shady practice is this ? Forcing customers to fork out more money? This place is ridiculous beyond belief. Want even more attitude ? Speak to them in English.Save yourselves the headache and go literally anywhere else but here: you'll be happy you did so.
