My experience with Chauffage Raymond could not be better. The salesman, Patrick Charron, came to our house and sold us on buying a split air unit that would do what we needed and nothing more. We were taken back by his honesty and confidence in the products he was selling.The installers came around the estimated date and showed up on time. The installation was done with attention to detail and cleanliness. The installers are very friendly and can speak both languages.Highly recommended.

Raymond company installed a new furnace with a smart thermostat and a hot water tank in my house. I want to personally thank Mr. Percy, Robert, Mark and Luke for their professional and exceptional customer service and work. I will definitely work with them again and recommend their services!

Called two other furnace technicians and they were booked for two weeks so I tried these guys. Apparently to schedule a service visit on a brand of furnaces that they carry (Rudd) you need to have bought it from them. Luckily nobody else in the region is that ignorant.

SCAM.Worker was late and did not do the job. I should have known, it only took them 10 minutes for a 1+ hour job.I have inquired to the management repeatedly every few weeks they always say they will get info, but I just get ghosted.They still found the time to send the bill though and they charging for over 1 hour of work.

Called to get a quote to move duct work in my wall, and the company said they only help currently client, I would have to contact my original thermopompe installer, dont need a new pump just need someone to look at the duct work.
