I love Roots Canada but not this particular location because anytime I walk in there it seems like they are very unhappy or they are very unhappy to serve me I just want to remind this team they're not favoring any customer serving them the customer or anybody who walks in thet are favoring them to give them a chance to serve them and especially everything start from the leader not a good experience I have. I won't shop in this particular location but I still be shopping from Roots Canada but all my shopping will be redirect to the online

Roots quality in clothing is usually great! This store location could sweep the floors a bit better, as some of the clothing was hanging, touching the floor and full of dust.

I had a great experience here. The lovely lady working the evening shift processed my refund on a pair of leather gloves that were too big for me. She even unexpectedly gave me the “Black Friday” discount from the original purchase. Thank you for the great service!

Busy on Saturday, as expected. Not as much deals as expected for an outlet. Very well stocked. No one was helping or supervising in the fitting rooms.

I am not sure who is giving excellent to this store. We went on Black Friday, everything was priced up rather than price down, there were no sales at all. Customer service was extremely poor, bunch of kids hanging out , chatting , didn't bother to ask if we need anything. When I asked about the trouser I was looking to buy, the automatic reply was if you don't see then we don't have it and then continued to chat.. I will never ever go back to this store or this chain ever again"

They had some good collection. I couldn’t shop properly because the lady at the front cash on Saturday made me feel very uncomfortable. There were more people shopping in store but I felt like she followed me/kept an eye on me because I am person of colour. I just felt very uncomfortable from the moment I walked in & left. I had to go to square one to get what I wanted from roots.

This roots outlet was great with helpful associates who weren’t overly bearing down on me to buy something. The fitting rooms were also clean, I do agree that some items were marked down in price but it being a outlet I thought it would be majority which I found some items still very pricy. Overall a great experience here.

Staff was very nice. They looked if the item I wanted was in other nearby stores and called several of them to check.
