It's took 35 minutes from ordering to receiving a small box meal. The staff were all very slow moving and seemed very disorganized. For fast food, it definitely wasn't fast.

Ordered dinner on a Friday night, expecting it to be busy, I noticed that this place was noticeably understaffed, only one person working up front and one in the back. I must say that during my extended wait in the store the staff on hand remained relatively calm.The person in the back, I assume it was a supervisor came out and apologized for the wait and offered to add cookies as an apology.I’m not saying I wouldn’t order here again, however I feel like based on the amount of orders coming in at 7pm on a Friday night, perhaps more staff should be on hand in the kitchen area to keep the food coming out.

This is my first negative review I have ever given but I feel strongly that whoever is in charge of this location will read this.This was absolute worst service I have ever had in any restaurant. I placed my order and customers who ordered the same items received theirs before I did. No problem, things like that happen but when I mentioned it to the cashier, she told me mine was next. Obviously they forgot my order because the staff who were cooking said as much and even then, stuff happens, I’ll be patient. I placed my order at 6:12 and this is now almost 6:40. Not idea but when I again asked how much longer, I was asked not to yell at the cashier’s. I didn’t do that and would not do that and the other customers were now chuckling. After waiting almost 30 minutes and made to feel I was in the wrong, the cashier , and the young lady who seemed to be in charge, I hope she’s not the manager , were obnoxious towards me as I was leaving the restaurant!! Food was OK but the staff needs training on how to resolve issues as they arise because if they thought I was upset, I have no idea how they handle irate customers. I deal with the public every day so I know firsthand how difficult some can be and that’s why I would never treat an employee poorly. I have gone to that location many times but I’ve never been treated like that by people that are supposed to serve the customers.

Service is rated 0. One day this place will be closed. They have no clue as to what customers service means. Food is to salty and way too oily. Secondly the washrooms are dirty and smells. Please shut this place down. Manager is Rude and has no clue what she is doing except making horrible fried chicken... New management needs to be implemented...

If I could give a 0 star I would.I have honestly never experienced this horrible customer service in my 31 years of existence.Upon arrival at KFC in Brantford I grabbed a water bottle as I was taking a walk and needed a drink.. so I decided to stop at KFC. I went up to the cash register and had the bottle in hand to pay for. My friend that was with me asked for the key to the washroom... The cashier said you know what Im going to say right

Building looks like it was abandoned done untill kfc moved in but didn't fix anything since it opened like 80years ago. Run down, dingy, greasy, weirdest kfc I've ever been to. My gf went to order and was told abruptly that she had to wait because the orders that were on the counter had to be ready and go out hot. The delivery guy came in and she then continued to talk to the kitchen, not taking orders. My gf asked politely if she could get a napkin and was told in a miniute she was busy. They were literally beside her. Finially she ordersd kitchen pushed out the order and when my gf asked for a couple extra napkins she was told no she had enough. I might go back to that location as it's close but not if that person is working.

Hailey and the rest of the staff service were 5 stars on their own. It's a KFC, not a Michelin star restaurant. Food quality and prices were fine, restaurant was kept clean. Wait time was a bit long (15min). Decor/building is dated but added to the vibe. Would go again.

The food is delicious, and the wait isn't long.The location is pretty run down and dirty though, and they don't have a drive-thru window which is a bit of a pain especially since there isn't a lot of parking.The service is pleasant though.The plant-based chicken burger is to die for! It's actually seasoned with their secret 11 herbs and spices. You actually can't even tell the difference!And the plant-based chicken burger is only $5 on Tuesdays!

This location has gone downhill in a hurry. The location looks dingy and neglected, the food portions have gotten smaller, blander, and greasier, and while the staff are adequate with some holding a positive attitude, others are impatient and a bit rude with pushing for tips; one teller was so concerned about tipping that they didn't register that I was canceling my order and leaving because they didn't have what I wanted. Haven't been back in months and won't be ever again.

Iv always had great experience here, it's not fair however to mention names publicly. I will say if you have an issue, it will be dealt with. Food is always as expected for fast food. The people at this location though truly make a difference.The lack of 5 stars is a result of the cost only. Being a chain, it will only get worse.Guys .. Ladies, try this kfc out. If you have a reasonable concern, i believe it will be dealt with.Good people just doing there jobs, great food.
