I had a really great experience. I called to relaxed my hair. She was really nice on the phone. She gave me prices and details. And i decided to go there even if it was my first time because she was Nice on the phone. I arrived there and she did a great work on my hair. I definitly recommand her and i will definitly come back.

I was looking for a hairdresser for a while and I must say I am happy with the service I received here. I relaxed my hair and I was pleased with the outcome of the perm. Everyone was welcoming Patricia did my hair very professional.Sue stoped by and greeted me as she was doing someone else hair and then finished it. Excellent team work exceptional service. Thank you ladies I now found a new place for my hair needs.I gave a 4 star because I don't like my hair cut I normally clip my hair. I was basically forced to trim I didn't appreciate that. I have very strong hair and have been relaxing for close to 30 years never cut always clip. That was my only negative.I would recommend them very nice people would have gotten a 5 star if they listened to my request for just a clip and not a trim.

I had an amazing experience with BeautySue. I had a silk press done and as at the third week before I washed it away, my hair was still straight! She had to come into the store just for me because I had to travel out or the GTA on that day. She also gave me helpful tips for my hair and prescribed products too. I definitely recommend her services

I had called to see if I could make an appointment and in the middle of the call, she said no and hung up. Even if today is busy, she could have let me say the rest of what I was saying, I just wanted to schedule an appointment for later on in the week. I'd advise people to just find another salon because right now based on this brief encounter it just seems unprofessional.
