Sabrina is an excellent physiotherapist- personable, professional, accessible and with a great sense of humor. She explained things so well and never made me feel uncomfortable or uninformed. Would definitely recommend Action Sports Physio Montreal West- excellent customer service, friendly staff, and exceptional therapists.

I needed an emergency appointment after travel and had an amazing experience. Sabrina gave me a great treatment and an exercise programme, and answered all my questions. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the clinic was spotless. Definitely recommended.

Referred by my GP for a chronic structural knee issue that I neglected over lockdown. Dr. Sabrina knee exactly what was needed - but still did a full exam, hands on treatment and sent me home with a set of movements to do and a follow up appointment. We have a plan!! I then had a fabulous massage with Nicole- who continued to provide therapy through massage - again, super knowledgeable - and very aware of how much pressure to apply - as I’d just had a treatment. The physio clinic is open plan - new to me - but worked just fine. Orderly, clean, and you can tell there is great team work. I’ve booked as many appointments as I can with Nicole - and am doing my “homework” from Dr. Sabrina as directed. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

I saw Delphine for some help with my knee, and I was very impressed, not just with her but with the clinic itself. I’ve seen a handful of physios in my life but Delphine is the first who’s spent a solid amount of time actually listening to me and examining not just my knee but my whole body to find the source of the pain. She was also just a pleasure to chat with!The clinic itself is well organized and clean, and I really like the open concept. Would highly recommend.

Everyone at the clinic was extremely welcoming, positive, and easy to talk to. I was treated by Sabrina Sabelli and had the most positive experience in pelvic floor physio therapy. I had been to other pelvic floor therapists and specialists and was not impressed at all...I very reluctantly decided to give action sport a chance, thinking I would only be there for one session and then leave. Sabrina made me feel very comfortable and listened very intently to my pain/history and provided an appropriate treatment plan. I felt a significant amount of improvement after just a few weeks! The only reason for not continuing treatment to the end is that I live abroad and had been in visiting my parents and also trying to deal with a medical condition. Will definitely return for follow up appointments every time I’m back in the city!!! While Sabrina was on a week of vacation I was treated by another physiotherapist, Rachel, and as well had a very positive and helpful experience.
