TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I have been a TD customer for over 40 yrs; and latterly seems most of the Canadian Banks have been very much into talk ONLY re Customer Service "- however in real life =its very different!!!.I am however a customer with very little/low "expectations' when it comes to 'expecting customer service'. This low expectations has been due to fact that most BANKS TODAY - are about making most PROFIT at it seems at the EXPENSE of the customer.So having said that (and with low expectations) I am / was very much surprised WHEN THIS WED I had taken the time to call this TD BRANCH and spoken to a lovely lady (Ms M - sorry not putting her name in public -for privacy reasons) and she took all of about an HOUR to listen to my RANT and RAVE about how 'low the customer service' has gotten at banks.SO I asked her if there was a process to move my ACCOUNTS (banks call it CUSTOMER PROTOFOLIO) to this Southdale Branch ? I was very pleasantly surprised and very much shocked that I was lucky enough to find someone who really cared. Not jus said things to make me happy - but did lookup info and advise me (very briefly as need to make my choose as to what I wanted to do) ......MADE MY MORNING and DAY/WEEK !!SO there is hope people ! ......................TD has still has ONE HUMAN-BEING working at Branch level!!! Bravo to herI am sold we moving out funds to her Branch and more - hope she gets promoted and do us all good!.Thanks again for your help especially to Ms(M)...have a wonderful day/week/years"

We had an issue and went to the bank without having an appointment. Cindy was the one that approached us and asked if we needed any help. Then, she referred us to another employer Sean. Both of them helped us. It was easy, excellent customer service!!! I definitely recommend this branch. You guys are awesome!!!
