Ebus Calgary Downtown Ticket Office

The customer service agent working the front desk for my trip today (6:30 pm departure) was a gentleman named Zoilo (I believe) and he was very friendly, very courteous, and made sure all the passengers were comfortable before we departed.The gentleman looked genuinely happy to do his job and its awesome. Hope all staff were as like him :)

I experienced traveling from Downtown Calgary to Downtown Edmonton by riding Ebus. I paid the tickets through Busbud apps. I got special price CAD 25. It took 4 hours. The bus departed on time at 8.45 and arrived a couple minutes late, but it was OK.The bus was convenient. They have quite spacious leg room with electrical plug and cup holder. The seat was quite clean. Air Conditioning was working well. Toilet is avalaible at the back of the bus. The WIFI was working well, but sometimes got disrupted. I think it was because the provider services loss of signal in middle of the road.The bus stop at whitehorn station and Crossmill iron gate 2 to pick up passenger. There was another stop at Quality Inn Red Deer to pick up passenger and can use it for toilet breakThe driver was driving safely. it feel convenient. Thank you for the experience.

Ebus is a passable budget tier bus line that I have used between Edmonton and Calgary a few times.The in-bus WiFi has rarely, if ever, worked consistently on the trips I've taken. Occasionally it works at the beginning of a trip only to die out a third of the way down the road. Sometimes the power outlets in the seats also don't work.Ebus' customer service personnel has been good in my experience. I really wish Ebus could get the passenger WiFi and power working so that one could more consistently rely on them for attempting to work during trips, etc. Until then, I would rate the bus service a solid 2.5-3 stars.

It looks like the red arrow will be moving to new place soon. I took the bus from Calgary to Lloydminster. No complaints, very easy booking and check in.

We have always enjoyed our trip on the ebus. Staff are always friendly and helpful. My husband needs assistance some time and the staff plus the drivers are excellent. We will continue to travel in the E-bus

Was travelling South on Hwy 2 just out by Crossfield. I was in the left lane when one of their buses tried to merge into my lane without looking. As he was half way into my lane he continued merging and honking while trying to run me off the road and side swipe my vehicle.I called the company to file a complaint and never heard back.Fortunately another driver flagged me down and had a dash cam that caught the whole thing and he as well was shocked that a professional driver with a bus line would pull such a maneuver and risk the safety of myself, himself, the passengers and every other vehicle within the vicinity.Footage has been submitted to the police. Needless to say, I would never recommend endangering your life with a company that employs such wreckless behaviour and puts those around them in danger.

Friendly staff. Always willing to hear your concerns. Roomy seats. A confectionery section, for a refreshment, assorted cookies, incl. Coffee or tea or hot waterAnd a movie to watch.

Good price for going between Edmontonand Calgary. There was a stop in Red deer which gave oportunity to stretch. The bus was confortable.

I made a bad mistake and almost made me and my kids spend the night in Calgary. Darille was able to correct my mistake and get us on board literally 5 minutes before the bus left for Edmonton. Thank you very much Darille!

There was this Fat lady who screamed at me saying i didnt sign in .I gave her 10 min but neglected me and started to attend other clients. So i would not travel with Ebus anymore!! I dont loose anything rather the company loose couple of trips or more every week.
