I’ll start this by noting I have a lot to say. First of all, there must some sort of health code violation; there is uncovered meat in the tea station, as well as stains on the walls, filthy counters- generally no surface without some substance on it. We also watched one of the employees “wash” the cup with his bare hand- no soap, no sponge, and used it to make multiple teas. As for the tea, not the worst we’ve ever had, but just not good. Watched a milk tea get made, which consisted of plain milk, and brown sugar, so feeling glad we didn’t take that route. I don’t want to be writing this review, but I feel as though health wise, it’s necessary.

Would give one star if I could. This was the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. Everything had goo on it. The floor was filthy. Everything was sticky. Unfortunately I didn’t clock how dirty it was until our order was halfway done. While our order was being made the kind kid who was making it used a dirty box cutter to put food into our poke bowl that had fallen out. I was too shocked to say anything. Don’t go.

Went for some late night after work poke the other day; I've really enjoyed the bubble tea from here so I was looking forward to giving the food a try. The menu said a large tuna bowl was $16.95 but I was charged $20 + a tip. Didn't say anything as I just wanted to go home and eat, but once I got home and opened it up the bowl radiated the nastiest rotten fish smell , so after weighing the pros and cons it went straight into the garbage. No dinner is better than eating off raw fish :(If youre looking for good poke in town , check out Island Poke on Douglas !! you'll get an amazing & bigger bowl for less money

the server was really nice and Their bubble tea is usually ok but today I got two poke Bowls and in both, all of the ingredients had gone bad. the fish was slimy and gross, the mayo was sour, and even the edamame was brown. to top it all off, one of the workers was vaping in the shop.I went back and they gave me a refundthe bubble tea is fine in a pinch but I would never eat their food again

Let me start by saying I have worked in 2 of the highest restaurants in canada 1 as head chef 1 as head breakfast chef as for fortea it's the most disgusting dirty establishment I've ever stepped foot in there rice is utterly disgusting there meat is unhealthy to say the least I wouldn't recommend a dog to go eat at this establishment and I'm being kind

The order was wrong, the poke bowl wasn't worth $16, the pineapple snd orange tasted like it had gone bad, the bubble tea was just okay.

Quality of this place is not good. Ordered three drinks and they did take a little longer than expected to make. The cheese tea my friend ordered, the cheese topping had ice chunks in it, and texture was thin? Ordered a red bean milk tea and the red beans were hard. They probably gave me about 1.5 teaspoons of red bean in my drink as well for a large. Lastly the fruit tea just tasted really artifical.
