After moving from the GTA with a well known brand-name moving company, I was worried that all movers would be just as bad with damage, theft, extra charges, threats, etc. Instead New Start Moving is a truly professional company. My partial move was smoothly carried out without a worry on my part. A reasonable price and my belongings were treated with care. No hidden fees. No damage. As I am disabled, New Start took charge arranging access to my new house with an extra trip to return keys as well as locating a driveway snow clearing service. While at my new house they noticed the furnace was not working and went into action providing a contact who came immediately to do repairs thus preventing major damage. New Start will be my only choice to complete my moving in the near future. Truly a company who cares.

I would highly recommend New Start Moving ltd. Adam and Jeremy were very professional and helpful. They came on time and prepared. They were patient with us and helped us breakdown some furnitures that couldn’t fit through the door. They managed to move us out and into our new apartment with 3 hours. No furnitures were damaged or scratched in the process. This was my first time hiring movers and will definitely hire them again in the future.

My husband and I can't say enough good things about New Start Moving. We sold our home in Sudbury on July 30th, the Friday of Civic Holiday long weekend. We had underestimated how many items that we owned and ended up filling a 27ft UHaul and full sized enclosed trailer over the course of 3 days. It was exhausting and overwhelming to say the least. We arrived at our new home in New Liskeard in the early morning hours of Saturday July 31st and slept on the floor of our new home. We were just too exhausted from the past 3 days and all of the hotel rooms were sold out because of the holiday weekend. When we finally woke late Saturday morning, we had to admit to ourselves that we were in way over our heads. The U-Haul was due back Saturday evening and we didn't know anybody in New Liskeard to help us. I found a listing for New Start Moving and and reached out via social media. My husband was very skeptical that we would be able to secure a moving company at the last minute especially on a long weekend. To our surprise and relief, the owner of New Start Moving contacted us within minutes and said that he would be happy to help us out.
