Majestic Court

Had a bad experience.Mgmt/security sometimes a little unreasonable with giving tickets to resident. It would be nice to give warnings rather than immediately give a ticket to people who are new and don't know the rules. Not a good way to build a relationship with customers.

Very good security service and they even received all parcels and keep them in a safety place then noticed residents by text message. No parcels left around the lobby's area on the floor.There 's even has 24 hours security guards on duty and they are really patrol around the building ,not just sitting the lobby. The elevators are working so efficiently,especially in the rush hours, that's another plus plus. This is the condominium service should be in this days.What's a good safety place to live in. Oh I almost forgot to mention there has one Tesla supercharged station in First Markham Place within 3 minutes away , and one more at Markville Mall in 12 minutes. I can't find another place is so convenient and has bank , restaurants ,supermarket ,bubbles tea Cafe lol within a few minutes walkable distance.

If there was an option to rate it negative I would. Absolutely pathetic security, if you are planing to move into this building I would recommend to find another place. The security harasses you, despite multiple complaints no action is taken. The security talks to you like they own the place, they come into the house when you’re not there without leaving notice. I have lived in several apartments and this place is the absolute worst. You don’t feel like entering the building from the front because of how bad the security personnel is.

Limited carpark

Majestic Court at 50 Clegg Rd & 60 South Town Centre Blvd located in Markham offers convenience for dinning at nearby restaurants (Gal's Sushi, St. Louis Bar & Grill, Chloe’s Garden Restaurant), banking (HSBC), hairdressers (Hair Artzy, Hair Monet), and more at Liberty Square.The public access areas are kept clean and tidy with management offering residents a place of abode that is safe.

Horrible security. Extremely disrespectful and authoritative. Do not have any regard for the residents. They behave like they run the place. Never had such a horrible experience before.

I must disagree with whoever give 1 star, we have lived here since 2014 and it is one of the cleanest condo buildings we have lived in this area.It is very very clean because I bring my little boy to play everywhere in the building and he touches all different places and I was surprised at how through the cleaning is in this building,So definitely thumps up! Plus the building is very much noise free from the neighbors and concierge staff is stern but fair and friendly to the residents.

A well managed condominium with relatively low maintenance fees and friendly staff.

Nice and courteous....roof top b.b.q. free for all tenants to use..
