I took my year old dog for agility training. I was very disappointed with the instructor. She barely acknowledged me and at no point in the hour class did she speak to my dog. In my opinion the instructor lacked confidence during her introduction as she kept having to refer to notes despite claiming 20 years experience. The session was uninspiring leaving me and my dog less than motivated. I called the owner after the class and expressed that I was not pleased with the way the initial class had left me feeling less than satisfied. I hope I did this in a way that was neutral hoping for a dialogue on how to meet my needs in future. The owners first words out his mouth were, Would you like a refund?" I was surprised as that was not my initial intention but said yes as I felt this training centre would not be a good fit for me or my dog. When I picked up my refund (which went very smoothly and seamlessly) I tried to explain to the owner why I was unhappy. His only response was to tell me that they had talked after class and were of the opinion that I really didn't want to be there. At this point I don't and will glad spend my training dollars at a facility that really does care."

Great scent works classes to keep my dogs busy.

My puppy and I love going to classes at CDC. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic, and the facility is large and clean. They have lots of learning tools and props. Great place.

Great place for dogs and obedience as well as competition

Great training programs and there's so many events. The teachers of the course are great to work with and there's a good ratio of teachers to students.

Great staff and wonderful facility. All trainers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They engage the class and keep things moving along. I am on my third class and plan on continuing.
