I visited this place in June for eyebrow lamination. After that I started loosing my eyebrow hairs and eyelashes!! I also got bad infection on my eyes. They were not responsive and did not accept their fault. The worst place to do lamination. After two.months I still have hair loose problemsI am sure that I did lamination in your place. The name of lady is Nikki. I am not writing in wrong place!!!

Lindsey is the best! I absolutely love the results each time I have seen her for brow shaping and henna tinting. Very knowledgeable and skilled service, and so lovely to talk to! Looking forward to microblading/pigmentation.

I have been going to Niki for months and there is NO ONE else I would trust. I have had lamination and tint on my brows. Also had multiple lash lifts and tints.She is so particular on her craft it puts me at ease. Everything is so professional and clean. Not to mention the education she is able to provide me on services and products is one in itself.Highly recommend.

In all fairness, this is just a tip for the owner. I did not receive any services from her.I tried contacting her by phone, text, and email and I had no answers from her. That definitely sets a bad tone for some. It did for me. I am aware her services are to be booked online, but after experiencing other businesses turning my daughter away, I wanted to confirm she could do eyebrows for a 14 yo. Booking online required me to pay upfront prior to the services and I wanted to make sure she could work with a teenager.I am sure she’s very good at what she does, however, it doesn’t seem like she cares much about servicing new customers. Communication is key.

Niki is amazing! I’ve been going for my eyebrow shaping (henna and tints) and more recently, eyelash lifts and tints! Niki is professional, friendly, and does an absolutely incredible job. I get complimented on my brows all the time! Highly recommend! ✨

Unfortunately many of the previous brow artists left. Tried someone new this summer unfortunately the wax was too hot and had scabs after where the skin came off with the wax. Eyebrows were also very thin which was disappointing as I asked for a full and natural result.
