I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I am writing this review to warn people not to trust this shop. I brought in my 2016 Volkswagen Golf after it started making a horrible noise. After the mechanic looked it over, Lindsay called me and told me it was my clutch that was making the noise and it would need to be replaced for 2,000$. I immediately asked her if I could drive it to Guelph and bring it to my mechanic that I trust and she said no because my transmission would go and then it would be that much more expensive. I trusted her and the mechanic - this was a very bad mistake. After having my car for a week, they called me and told me it was ready to be picked up. Immediately after picking it up from the shop, I started hearing the exact same noise I brought it in for. While driving to Guelph, my car broke down in the middle of the 401 highway because the mechanic at Muskoka motorsports had not tightened the screws he had put into my new clutch. It cost me 700$ to get it towed to my trusted mechanic in Guelph and another 200$ to have them fix Muskoka Motorsports' mistake. After fixing their mistake, my mechanic in Guelph sat in my car for 30 seconds and immediately diagnosed the noise I originally brought my car into Muskoka motorsports for as the fan. He replaced it and I have not had an issue since.After this, I called Lindsay and Aaron at Muskoka motorsports and told them what had happened. They promised me they would make things right as they realized they made a mistake that put me in an unsafe position and out of more money. It has been over 8 weeks and they have not reached out or sent me the money they promised to reimburse me no matter how many times I call to remind them. I am extremely disappointed in the service and am now out 3000$ because they misdiagnosed my car. I would not recommend them at all.

Our camper bus broke down in algonquin provincial park and when we realized it was the starter I called a few garages in the area. I immediately liked the fact that Lindsay  told me she had the part  in stock and she could make room for me the next morning to have it installed.  We had the bus towed to Muskoka motorsports the next afternoon.  We waited at the shop with our dog which they allowed inside until they were finished changing the starter. When we were leaving the parking lot at 5pm, Joe, their mechanic noticed we had a leak underneath the bus. They put the bus back on the lift and saw the  transmission line had a really big leak. They immediately called to see if they could get the part the next morning at 8am. We ended up camping in the garage parking lot until the next day when the part arrived (I'm pretty sure they even went to pick it up). Joe spent all day working hard on our car so we could get back safely. He even lent us his own personal vehicle so we could go grab breakfast in town. I've never had such amazing service in my life!  They really went above and beyond. The crew at the garage was incredibly kind and helpful and I can't say enough good things about them. If I lived in the area it would be my go to" garage. They even called us a few days after we arrived home to make sure our ride back was ok. The bus is still running great 2 weeks later. Goes without saying but I highly recommend them!"

I'm up visiting the Muskokas on vacation, my Dad was born in Huntsville and I've always considered it my second home. I suddenly ran into issues with my battery/ alternator and needed to get a professional to take a quick look for me. Jack was just slammed with work but he was kind enough to take a look and run some tests on my electrical system for me. A super nice, really down to earth group of guys and even though it wasn't how i wanted to spend my day, it was an enjoyable visit. If i was a full time resident of Huntsville, or if i was visiting and had car trouble i would take it to Jack. Excellent shop... good guys.Cheers..... Dave

My daughter was driving my 2005 Honda Pilot when it broke down on her at the corner of Brunel road and High street in Huntsville - right at the crest of the hill going down to main street. She is only 17 and called me frantic about being broke down. She couldn't start the car to move it off the road and she said a few people honked (as if!!!) and no one was stopping to help. She wanted me to come right away but it's a 25 min drive from where we live! In the car I got but thankfully by the time I got there, the vehicle had been moved off of Brunel and into a nearby parking spot on High Street. My daughter and some of her friends were there including one of her friend's dad who came to help and another fellow Aaron whom I did not know at all!. Aaron had been driving by in his minivan with his young kids and saw the predicament my daughter was in. He stopped to help when no one else would! He rounded up a couple other young guys nearby and together they were all able to push the vehicle into a parking spot. When we got talking, I found out that he was the manager of Muskoka Motor Sports. I asked if I could just have the car towed over there to be looked at being sas we were so close.. He quickly obliged and we did that. He and his team spent some time the next day troubleshooting the issue at no charge to me at all. Unfortunately the timing belt had come apart and being an interference" engine

Aaron is the most honest, straightforward, ethical mechanic I have ever dealt with in my 50 years on this planet! We took a fun pandemic-patio day trip to Huntsville to celebrate my son's highschool graduation. Pouring rain all day, so we thought a wee day trip would make everything a little more memorable and special. Well, my car broke down, making the day very memorable in Huntsville! The towing company, Baseline Towing, spoke highly of Muskoka Motorsports. Aaron called me first thing the next morning to share with me that while it did need a significant repair, my car was still under warranty, and I had coverage to have it towed for free to the nearest dealership. Aaron had made all the phone calls and arrangements for me with the dealership and the towing companies. He went above and beyond for my family and I. Needless to say, my kids learned first hand how to hopefully handle a car breaking down far from home! Amazing honesty, amazing service. I can't thank you enough Aaron.

Just moved to Huntsville. Went to Aaron after seeing his reviews on google. I found him a very sincere man with dedication. He and his team is very professional and fair in price. I will definitely recommend him.

Aaron was professional and thorough. He was very accommodating of my request to have the car I was about to buy with a pre purchase inspection. He was honest and straight forward in his work and gave me a very detailed report on what needed to be done to the car to pass safety. If I was not 3 hours away I would be using his services to maintain my car. He is very knowledgeable about Mazda5s and was about to give some great insight into what can be done. Thank you!

Jack's can maintain and fix your car for less than a dealers charge. And Jack's won't oversell you parts and service. They've got the computer diagnostic equipment they need to get the car to tell them what's wrong and they can get you the official dealer parts or they can get you the alternate less expensive parts. In either case you can get the right stuff done properly.
