The product at Rocky Mountain is very good chocolate but pricey. I used to shop at the Guelph location before they closed and preferred the selection of that store over this one. Staff has always been very pleasant and accommodating with me.

Quite tasty and great quality but...we stopped in for a little treat only. Got two chocolate candies (salted caramel) and one kind of tart thing (peanut butter). When she rang in the price I just about dropped! 12.00. Still reeling. I should have just told her to put them back but I didn't have the heart.

I just went all the way to this location today to get my favorite treat which is the skor brownie on a stick & I was given the skor rice krispy instead. I didn't realize until I got home and tried to cut it in half. It was pretty hard and it wasn't what I wanted :/***Update - Susie went above and beyond to make sure my order was corrected today. I appreciate the efficient customer service here and of course the delicious fresh goodies :). I will definitely recommend 10/10!

It was delicious but I got one of those choco marshmallow stick things and ate the whole thing in one sitting then went to bed. I wake up at 3 am then go puke my guts out lmaoGood food tho I'm rating it 5 stars

I have been a big fan of the store for years. The apples are incredible. I recently had the privilege to meet the owners and I love the store even more! Great people and great products! Can't wait to go back!

Previous owners and employees were so generous with their help and asking what customers prefer. The owner retired and so sold. The new owners seem nice but instead of asking what customers want, they quickly just explain why they decided to not sell certain products. The gifts I used to buy were put in bulk, then sadly they just decided not to sell. Sea-salted, dark chocolate almond bark. I thought it was popular right now and I love it.

I've meet with one of the new owners of this place, face to face, and the gentleman is very polite and respectful. I've corresponded with his wife through email and she is the same. Also, I've brought chocolate from here and it's so good!

I phoned to place and order over the phone with an owner adam very well spoken with great customer service..very polite and friendly..they dont charge u international charges either which is a greater way to send something special to your loved ones..more money for you to spend on them
