Stopped at the Midland store to have a phone unlocked and Eric did a fantastic job. I will not go anywhere else for repairs on any thing that they repair. He was very nice and was quick and the price was very reasonable.

Took in my old laptop and Eric replaced the hard drive on the spot. This young man is so knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. Explained everything in a way that I was able to understand. Super friendly and had a great positive attitude. Will be returning to have him take a look at other electronics and household items.

Usually great and fix my phone well. Took my watch in to get the battery changed, workers told me I could use as normal after. Watch broke a day later after I showered with it on. Have contacted the store multiple times about getting a partial refund (I'm now out $80 for getting it fixed and $300 for buying a new watch). No one has gotten back to me about the issue and I've contacted multiple times.

This was the most amazing find for me because I do film photography. I had a film camera that had some parts that needed replacing and these guys were so amazing and fixed it for me. Ordered the parts and kept me up to date on the fixing process. If you do any type of photography (film or digital) and need a fix definitely come here! Thanks again!!

These guys are amazing! I have known this business since they were still in the midland mall and they have fixed everything that I have taken in while doing it fairly fast while also giving me a fair price since. They let you troubleshoot and can assist if you plan on repairing it yourself. In general, the staff there is beyond friendly and extremely helpful which is what I’m looking for in a local computer shop!

Came in about a month ago with a custom built 3k pc to figure out what was wrong and why it was not working. Did a really good job diagnosing the issues and worked with my budget and told me what needed to be fixed in order for it to run and because of their help my computer runs perfectly. Def and coming to them next time I build a computer or need to upgrade my current pc and highly recommend. Also super friendly staff which is a major plus.

No matter which computers to go place I have gone, the staff has always been incredibly informative and helpful. They are my most recommended place to go for any phone repair. They offer some of the best repairs for incredibly affordable prices. Every employee of interacted with have been very personable. The employees know what they're talking about and they can give very helpful advice about any computer project that you're working on.

Sometimes, you have experience at a place where there are some issues. What is important is how it is handled after the fact. Definitely know that if you pick Computers To Go that they will work with you the best they can. I will definitely not look anywhere else for phone repair, computer work, or new and Used Computer Purchases and neither should you. I highly recommend using Computers To Go for your tech needs. I received their help when I was unable to get my TV to work on the internet. They are very knowledgeable and resourceful in finding solutions to all kinds of technical issues, not just with computers.
