True North Cannabis has excellent employees who are experienced and knowledgeable. Amber has always been great with helping me get the flower I need. Would highly recommend going there for your cannabis needs.

Just had to make a review about my experience in the Chatham location earlier this week as it was honestly one of my most pleasant and enjoyable experiences ive had in any cannabis shop I've been in. Maybe I'm biased due to the fact that her name was also, conveniently, Amber. Took the time to get to understand what I was looking for, I was very pleased with what her recommendations helped me decide on and she even had me smiling and laughing all while still helping me to get everything I needed and some. If I lived closer I'd become a regular simply due to the interaction I witnessed her and other staff aswell maintain with me and the other customer that was also buying. 5 star employee. Great product. Nice prices. I'll be returning to buy from this location for sure.

I honestly love the day staff. They are so knowledgeable when I ask questions about certain brands.Unfortunately the weekend staff need to work on their communication. I went in on Saturday night after checking out the website.I found a concentrate that was on sale, so I drove over and when they scanned it, it was full price. I mentioned it to the guy behind the till and he tries telling me I'm wrong. So I open my phone and show him their website that shows it's on sale.No sorry about that just an excuse why it was full price. I'm sorry but know what you are working with.To future customers check the website cause the night staff will charge you full price.

I just had to come on here and leave a review!! I'm not one to leave reviews and I very rarely do but I HAD TO SAY that this is store is BY FAR the best weed store I've been into so far in Chatham! All the workers are absolutely amazing! They're always there to help, they are not pushy or try and shove things down your throat! They're so very friendly! Absolutely best weed store I've been to!

My favourite dispensary in Chatham, by far.. for competitive prices and great staff! Love walking in the door and having Kenzie know exactly who I am and what I'm there for.. always friendly, always helpful.. one of the many reasons I keep coming back!

I had such a wonderful experience at your booth at Christmas on the Thames that I decided to stop by the store when I came back to town. I want to give a huge thank you to the man that helped me both times, but he was so modest, I don’t think I ever learned his name. He was super knowledgeable, patient, friendly, professional and he really took the time to learn what I like and recommended some of the best products based on that. He made it so quick and easy! The store itself is very clean, bright and professional looking, which I really like because it plays in to the narrative of the medicine they are providing. This is the standard for what a dispensary should be! Very competitive prices and FANTASTIC products! I was in on Wednesday night and would love to know who helped me, because if he isn’t the manager, he really should be. I was very impressed with him and his recommendations. I was so happy and relaxed when I saw that he’d be helping me at the store! What a great experience and I can’t wait to come back!

Michelle is an amazing employee! Always let’s me know about the best deals, very polite and informative. Also helped me sign up for the loyalty program which I was unaware of before while purchasing at another location. Love coming in to her smiling face everytime!
