Thank You !!! ******About a week ago 4/17/22-24, I called Vince regarding some problems I was having our Bosch Dishwasher not completing any of the cleaning cycles. While he was very busy and advised that he would be unable to get to us until the following week, he provided me some instructions on a procedure that might enable me to solve the problem, thereby avoiding the need and cost of having Vince coming to our home for the repair. His directions to me solved the problem and got the dishwasher back to normal. Vince, Thank you very much for your thoughtful advice!!! Tom

My washer started leaking and I called Vince. He’s a very busy man and we set up an appt for him to come to my house in approx a little over a week. He also gave me some suggestions to see when the leak was occurring and a ball park figure of the cost. I tried what he suggested and it was going to be an expensive fix. The washer was 8-10 years old and it was time to purchase a new one. Without his help I would have been waiting a bit of time just to probably decide it wasn’t worth it. I will definitely call him again for any appliance problem I have…thanks Vince!

I called Vince on Monday January 10th because our dishwasher was leaking and would not drain. Vince said he would come the following Monday January 17th to look at at. Vince was able to come the following day later on January 11th to look at it and diagnose the issue and then came back the following day to attempt to fix the issue. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I would recommend him 100%!
