Very quick and effective service on my vacuum. Costs $75 to replace a mechanical part of my vacuum that had broken, did it within 24 hours. Friendly staff as well.

I think this place is fabulous. It's clear to me Electrolux is the best brand in vacuum cleaners. And the owner Steve is simply the best in his field! Personable, knowledgeable and totally competent.Going into Steve's store is like stepping into a time machine back 70 years. Here you get fair prices, no pressure and you can be confident your product will likely last you a lifetime. I love this place!

I really appreciated the prompt and professional service from Aerus. The building is clean and welcoming, and the customer service is excellent and earnest. I felt very supported through a process I know very little about, and the price for service was very reasonable. My Dyson has never worked better!

Bought our central vac here 20 years ago. Need a part for powerhead and was available in stock.

Stephen is a really good guy, and most importantly, HONEST and FAIR in his work and repairs. Brought a Electrolux Epic 6500SR to his shop to repair back in 2020 - it developed a issue with not sending power through the electric hose to power the powerhead. Stephen and his staff were told when taking it in for repair that the motor had issues and would eventually be replaced, not to worry about it and just repair the issue I was bringing it in for. The repair was completed for just under $90 dollars and the vacuum in perfect working order (besides the motor issue). Had taken this vacuum to his competitor, East London Vacuum on Third Street owned by Ray Hassan, a week prior. Ray was told about the motor, and a week later REFUSED to repair the vacuum, claiming it was not worth repairing, and he would have charged $200 DOLLARS! Absolutely crazy and ridiculous that ANYONE would DARE to tell a customer what to do with their own vacuum!!!Stephen Babbar is a HONEST MAN, AND FAIR IN PRICING AND HIS WORK. VERY PROFESSIONAL. If you own a Aerus or Electrolux vacuum and need supplies or repairs, or you are buying a new vacuum, don't hesitate to go to this shop.

Wendy was great today and provided all the information I needed! They have a nice tidy little shop with a great selection of equipment and accessories. I would definitely recommend over the big box store! Stephen has been in business for years and you can see why.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, in person and over the phone.Had the part for our central vacuum we required
