Pakistan International Airline

The PIA Toronto office is beyond pathetic. They never pick up the phone and an automated message tells you to email. When you send them 20 emails, they respond once but don't follow through. Impossible to change tickets or anything through them. They have idiots like Faiza and Aslam in that office who then show you attitude when you inform them that you will complain to Canada Transport Agency.Honestly can't believe this airline is operational in Canada. They don't know abcd of customer service. I haven't flown with them in 17 years but unfortunately had to deal with them because my parents wanted a direct flight.No wonder the airline runs millions of dollars in losses each year and has to beg the rest of the world for handouts in true Pakistani fashion.

One star is too much to give. Went there today, and had to deal with their staff named Faiza. However well dressed and well accented she was, she had ZERO manners to speak. I started the conversation very humbly and she started snapping on everything. Honeslty staff in Pakistan is so much better than here in Toronto office.

Got here after the PIA call center told to visit this office to change the departure date on the e-ticket. The staff was very professional and it took just around 10 minutes to make the change, had to pay the difference in the current fare though. There was no parking on the street however what was available was pretty expensive in the building.

They do not respect the air passenger protection act, flights are always delayed, they treat passengers like cattle, and the planes are old and broken. I do not understand how they are allowed to fly in Canada. Turkish airline or emirates are way better options

No answer to calls- why is there even a contact center

Worst customer service, the airline is a joke is someone is reading my review please guide on how I can make a complaint to their head office. I don’t think it’ll do much good but still willing to try and ring a change to this joke of a company.
