I dealt with Phil Ham when I first bought my Marvin window replacement at my previous house. Sometimes a company is only as good as the person you are dealing with. It is true in this case but also because as it turned out, they have superior windows. I didn't hesitate to contact him when I needed 2 huge tilt-and-turn European patio sliding doors. The ones in the store on display are just beautiful. Phil has been just a great person to deal with. Excellent salesperson at an excellent company.

Good quality product, friendly and knowledgeable sales team

Our design build company had originally prepaid for a custom door order Sept 2020 due to the nature of the lead time and Marvin didn't submit it to Tru-stile creating a huge delay for us on site even though our cheque was cashed. We were originally promised a discount from Jeff our rep due to this delay.In addition, we were told by Jeff that the door weighed at least 149lbs so we had ordered these special order Bommer hinges to ensure it takes the weight of this door. On site we discovered that this door wasn't even 90lbs which means we ordered hinges we didn't need and cannot return and had to order different hinges that were sized appropriately for the weight of the door.Once Jeff had left and George (regional sales manager) took over the communications (or the lack thereof), we were told on Feb 18th, 2021 via email that Marvin would do something to help" and that he would have an answer for us on the following Monday. We still have heard nothing from him to this day and it's been well over a year since this all started. The latest communication from Bob (territory manager) basically said they wouldn't be issuing us a cash refund only a store credit - what a joke. I do not recommend this company. They clearly have a breakdown at all levels and their customer service is non-existent."
