Love the clinic and Dr. Hart. They are very considerate of their patients and their needs, they listen and go the extra mile.

Dr. Hart is incredibly kind and understanding. He didn’t hesitate to answer any and all questions I had for him and he didn’t make me feel rushed or like I couldn’t ask anything. I’m really happy with the level of care and experience through ReadyToGo.

Dr. Hart is open and honest and is fully accepting of my Autistic son. His life has changed so much for the better! The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Not many family physicians have extensive knowledge about the benefits of the wide range of cannabis products but Dr. Hart DEFINITELY does. You can purchase products legally now but you really should know which product and the correct concentration for your particular health ailment. Dr. Hart was able to help my adult daughter with long-term depression using oral ketamine - you won't find a doctor in Ontario with this knowledge! Highly highly recommend Dr. Hart - he does phone consultations, you don't have to travel to London!!

Very disappointed, I wasn’t able to even book an appointment because of unprofessional receptionist. Dr Hart was highly recommended but the only receptionist who can book you in for an appointment is very disrespectful! I was shocked someone can talk like this to a person who is looking to get help from a doctor.

The staff at the clinic is great. I really appreciate the patient educators. It took me a while to realize what a gift they were. You will get all the support you need from them. Dr. Hart was very rude to my 75 year old father. As soon as it was suggested that the medication may not be working he became angry, basically throwing a tantrum. He would not allow my father to explain the issues. He is an arrogant man and has an agenda. My advice would be to skip the cost and aggravation of dealing with this loser and go to a cannabis store with a knowledgeable salesperson.
