Love the vibe in this place! You’re really well taken care of, and the stylists all seem to really enjoy their jobs.The staff here work as a team, but my stylist has been Melodie for my colour and she starts the appt with “what do you LIKE about your hair” which is a really nice positive twist.These ladies take their training seriously and are often talking of the next conference or training courses they’ll be attending - internationally!!The owner, Carol, is hands on and very clearly loves her job, her business, and her staff.I came here as a recommendation from my regular stylist when she took mat leave. I’m really glad I did and I recommend Soho to women AND men for quality hairstyling

I was introduced to Soho a few years ago upon Danny transferring to the salon. I had absolutely no complaints about the place until I had to very unexpectedly cancel my appointment. I understand the cancellation policy and I get it that hairstylist depend on clients for income. My complaint is with how it was all handled. As a business owner myself, I feel this criticism is necessary for the Soho hair team to learn and grow from this. Life happens, stuff happens, and I really don't think anyone is exempt from this. The second I had to cancel my appointment (and keep in mind I was not dropping off the face of the earth - I was planning on rescheduling), I was IMMEDIATELY informed of the cancellation fee. For a more professional customer service, perhaps a better way to approach people when this happens is to be a bit more empathetic and considerate. Something like, I am sorry to hear you have to cancel

Had a cut an full colour done by the incredible Pierro!! So happy with his extensive knowledge, everyone at the salon was so so friendly including Josee, carol and Greg! And they provide such a luxury experience… I mean… BALMAIN hair products?! I can’t wait to see everyone there again…. Thank you!!!

June 2022, extremely unhappy, disappointed and also disgusted from the way they have treated their clients with Soho Master hair stylist. I had been their clients since 2012. The business now is so rude, mean, racist& look down on clients who are not Caucasian, unprofessional, unfriendly and expensive. Especially the owner Carole & her sister/ salon manager Josee. When you wanna book an appointment, they treat you like a beggar, to beg them to do a hair cut for you ( well you beg and you still have to pay money). Clients have no value at all at Soho Master Hair Stylists.The team is still good talented but the salon owner and the manager are so bad. I wonder if Carole is so rich and don't need the business anymore why don't she close the salon? Or just put a sign up that Soho do not welcome Oriental

I just moved from Ontario and I have been looking for a new salon to go to, safe to say I found it! I had a bad hair experience from a stylist in Ontario who had burned 14 inches of my hair off, I came in with terrible fried hair that was a greenish hue because I tried to put brown box dye over it. The stylist Amanda was AMAZING, she managed to get all of the green out & give me a haircut that made me get my confidence back. She was really nice & easy to talk to, I think she has a lot of talent because she fixed the mess I walked in with. I was so happy with her work that I already have another appointment booked. 10/10 would recommend both Amanda & the salon.

Everyone that works here is friendly and professional. Danny does a fantastic job with my hair cut and colour. I could not recommend him enough or the salon as a whole.It can be difficult to get through and their mailbox is full from time to time as well. But this minor issue is not enough for me to give anything less than the 5 stars they deserve.

First of all, these stylists are so welcoming and positive. Being a hairstylist who recently moved to Edmonton, I was looking for a salon exactly like this one! Amanda slayed my hair color and Diane took the time to give me a trim.I love the outcome of my hair, I will definitely be back. The atmosphere was very clean and everyone was professional.

Very welcoming staff on arrival. The salon is clean, modern and has complimentary lighting. All the staff is very well put together with great style and a polished appearance. Ashley was the hair stylist who cut my hair today. She is extremely positive, friendly and highly knowledgeable of advanced techniques. My consultation, hair cut and style was not rushed and I left with a great cut that makes me look about 10 years younger. I was very impressed.
