Great location - lots of parking available out front. The online booking system is quick and easy, and they have good availability for appointments. The inside is industrial-chic, clean, and welcoming (even drinks are offered while you wait!). The staff listen to what you want, engage with you in the process to ensure you're happy with the treatment and results, record your preferences, and are very friendly. They have a great level of hygiene and health standards! Above all, great pricing!

I was early for my appointment and my esthetician was ready for me still right away. Everyone I encountered was so pleasent and friendly. The place is very clean and they had lots of great products to browse and buy in the front. Would definitely come back!

Been looking for a great waxing place in Cochrane.. and I came across Frilly Lilly after reading the reviews ,I gave them a try . It was worth it !! ❤. Nice cute place with lots of jewelry, scarfs and lotions etc for body . All staffs are really great and friendly . Had the best waxing experience ever by Kali . She made me feel comfortable and at ease.. this will be my regular place for waxing from now on and also I will be choosing her .I Will be going back there for all my waxing.If you're thinking about going here , dont hesitate .

I absolutely adore Frilly Lilly... every time I go in, it's an absolute treat!The lady at the front (I don't know her name sadly...) is SO sweet and helpful, and I've had a few estheticians, and there's all amazing and thorough and kind and professional.The store itself is also so clean and nice!I will say it's a bit expensive... but if you're looking for some self care, I seriously couldn't recommend a better place.The entire staff is AMAZING!

I visited the location yesterday with my girlfriend for pedicure services. We had a fantastic experience. My service was done beautifully and I left very happy. The girls were sweet, kind and did great jobs with both of our services. The wax treatment was really enjoyable and was a great add on. The ladies we had our pedicures with were extremely clean and you can tell the location has high standards of COVID precautions. Thanks girls!

Big shout out to the ladies at Cochrane Frilly Lilly! For starters, Lisa at the front desk is so friendly, easy going and accommodating. Ashley gave me a Brazilian today and just 2 weeks after having a baby I was feeling self conscious and she was so nonjudgmental and cool. I had to bring my little one in too and she was so relaxed about it, did and amazing job and was quick. I feel like a woman again!! Thanks so much ladies! It meant the world to me
