Wahl Water

My husband and I moved into a house in the country with a UV water treatment system and well. I've never had to deal with these systems before. We got a message on the unit that the light burnt out and needed to be changed so I searched it online. I ended up calling Wahl Water and discussing the situation with Jeff at Customer Service. He had me go to the unit and give him all the details and describe what was going on. He told me how they operate and what were the service requirements and discussed whether I could change things myself and how, or if I should have a pro do it. I told him I'd have to call around and see if I could get someone to do it with their parts, or if they would need to provide their own, and they were fine with that despite a possible lost sale.Based on the model (which is a bit older), I ended up finding a person to change the filters, bulb and inspect the sleeve, but I was able to order the parts from Wahl, who had recommended which filters were best and even followed up with me. This is all despite the fact they are not in my area and I could not hire them to do the servicing... I was so impressed with their excellent customer service. I don't often post reviews, but I really felt like these guys went above and beyond.

Fantastic support! I ordered a full set of under-the-counter replacement filters and unfortunately one had a bad seal and leaked water in our cabinets. I contacted Wahl and they shipped out a replacement filter very quickly and I was up and running again.

I required a new pressure tank and opted to replace the T (assembly) as well. I found that Wahl Water offers very competitive prices and you can't beat the fast free shipping. I placed my order on a Wednesday afternoon and had my equipment Friday afternoon. Customer service was very courteous and responsive to my questions regarding shipping. I would suggest their service and I plan to use them again in the future if the need arises.

I need a crawlspace built under my cottage and Jeff agreed to quote me a price. He came to my place, took measurements, and offered options. He promised to provide a quote. That was over a year ago and I still haven't heard back. Even after I sent a dozen emails. If he can't do the work, at least the courtesy of an email would he appreciated. There was zero follow up.

Purchased a Waterite Water Softener from Wahl on 2015/07/21 which was delivered on 2015/07/31. After a few weeks I noticed the clock on the water softener was running slow by about 2-3 hours per week. Reported it to Jeff, and he said he would get back to me. He asked me to send pictures every few weeks to prove the disparity in time, so I did that. (for a month or two). Still no replacement circuit board. Eventually I contacted the manufacturer, who said they'd talk to Wahl and get it sorted out, still no answer.It's coming up on 2 years later now, and I still don't have a water softener that can tell time, and Wahl has forgotten about me. (Called them on tuesday, Jeff doesn't remember who I am, or my water softener issue.)Sorry guys. Until you solve my issue, this review is the only thing I can do on my end. Waiting for another reply from Waterite as well, as I called them again this week.

Buyer beware!Jeff Wahl does not do quality work!!. Did a terrible job on our water line & refuses to fix the poor job him & his employees did on it!Do yourself a favour & get someone else!

Been buying from this vendor since 2015 and never had any problems. Service and delivery has been exceptional! I purchase 4 filters yearly and a UV light required for my system. For the first time, the UV light I purchased doesn't appear to be working so figured I'd reach out for assistance to see if I can just exchange. I've submitted 2 support" request from their site and left a voicemail for help. It's been over 10 days now and no response or follow-ups on either. I ordered 2 replacement bulbs (one for now and one for later) online, on the evening of June 11. I received them via Puralator (free shipping) to my front door, mid afternoon June 13!Faster than a reputable" local store could get them by days and cheaper by about $100 (including tax).Awesome experience with a CANADIAN company

Although I did my own installation, (I wouldn't recommend that for everyone) the information provided was more than willing given, with tips and things to watch out for. For the best quality and safety of water for your family, Jeff will certainly deliver. I haven't drank water from a tap in well over 20 years. Wow...the sweetest tasting water ever. I might just have to bottle it.
