Paul was terrific in helping us get the appropriate items we needed to set up a muti-zoned timed watering system. Paul is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. 5 star customer service!!The inventory Southern has on hand is amazing! I started a new position as a parts technician about a month ago and have had to order numerous items from Southern Irrigation. The team there is excellent and go above and beyond to be helpful. I have primarily dealt with Kyle who has excellent customer service skills and has been great at explaining things to me. The whole team is great and I would strongly recommend them for your Irrigation needs.

Paul was most excellent with assisting me today. I know nothing about underground sprinklers and he not only educated me but provided me with exactly the parts I needed and instructions on how to install and adjust them.This is a top notch business with outstanding customer service!!
