It has been a number of years since I have had Indian food. Since I live close to this place and I am continuously walking by it, I love the aroma that came out of that place. I finally decided to try the place. The food was very good and the service was prompt and friendly. The only real complaint I have is they are doing like a lot of other places and nickel and dimeing their customers to death! In the past when I had a dish like this one or one that was similar everything in the picture was one price. Now I was charged three prices one for the main dish one for the bread and one for the rice. They did not mention that their was a separate price for each item. This contribute to making the price of the meal rather expensive especially for a lunch time meal.

The owner of the restaurant knows the art of hospitality; we were quite satisfied with the quality and quantity of food served to us; he guided us to visit some attractions in Ottawa, as we were visiting it for the first time. The waiting staff was also very polite and friendly, everyone in my family was glad after our visit. Food was amazing!

Service was incredibly nice, restaurant itself was beautiful and clean, food came out relatively quickly and the food was delicious. The waiter forgot many of our orders though and had to refer back to his tablet to double check everything multiple times. Some of the dishes were also incredibly oily which was disappointing.

Best Indian restaurant I have visited so far... We were 20 of us friends visited during Victoria day. Food is very authentic Indian taste, spice level is up to the point, and moreover preparing the right quality food without compromise in the taste for such a huge group of us was very appreciative... Kshitej is very attentive to our orders and was very appreciative. Definitely a visit again if I visit Ottawa again... 4 in 1 chicken on sizzlers is a highlight. It would have been much tastier if it was served in lettuce for example instead of rice, otherwise taste is epic...

Food was mediocre, not great. Was attended by two waiters (one extremely pleasant and the other not so much). Food doesn't have a lot of Indian taste but is better than a few other places I have been at.Love the decor and sitaar but could have been more refined in terms of noise and plating etc.A place for people that want mango dishes I think. Lot of things have mango including curries and cocktails.

Excellent place, dal makhni and chicken tikka masala is superb, very good customer service. Staff is very friendly. Punjabi, telugu, gujrati , hindi, nepali, english speaking staff is available for you. Great place
