I ordered online (which for a printing business online should be much easier than it is, but it was having issues changing my address and a new store/ saving those changes). However when I went into the store there was no one at the counter. I waited a bit then peaked around to see if I could catch someone's attention as it was super slow in there.One man asked and he said it was someone else's department and she happened to be thr only person I could see helping people (although with computers, so it didn't look like it would be quick). He took off. Time goes by and another man comes and it's not his department either although he did help me.So not a great experience. Especially for a slow mid day. Prepaid order, that is likely something they should see more than enough.

Went and bought an ergonomic computer mouse that I really disliked from the moment I tried using it. Went to return it for another at the same store and they said that they couldn't proceed since the serial number on the box did not match the mouse. At this point I really felt like a scam artist attempting to pass a fast one. Told them it's not broken and that I just wanted to exchange for another normal one.Eventually after some thought,I went and got another identical one thinking maybe it was an open box and got swapped by accident with another. Turns out the numbers didn't match on that one either. Finally went and got the mouse I wanted and after opening that box as well found out that it also didn't match!I recommend that everyone verify's thier products before leaving the store. Especially Logitech products!

Worst customer service ever, no acknowledgement of our presence or notifying us that they were busy and would be with us soon. If I could give 0 star I would. Will never set foot there ever again, don't go.

I have always loved shopping at Staples ! Even if I don't buy anything, just walking around, I'm bound to find something I need !!This time I was shopping for my work office. The best part of being in this store is you can take your time, look at anything/everything you want - and it's great. No staff hovering" over you (or watching you)

I went to Staples in Hawkesbury mid November. I needed to print out Christmas cards. I also needed a bit of help with centering the image so it would print nicely. Brendan was the associate in the print department. He was very polite and helpful. I must have asked 20 questions. He answered them all. He made suggestions regarding the thickness of paper and also mentioned ways that I could save money. He spoke French and English very well.The cards were ready when he said they would be, they looked exactly the way we agreed on AND they were the same price he quoted me. Very happy with the service at Staples. Thank you Brendan. It was a wonderful experience.
