Incredibly thick and lush sod.Replaced the sod in our backyard last year and it has continued to be so healthy that it's making my old front yard grass look bad! Excellent experience, top shelf product. Highly recommend.

Pretty decent sod, however pallet return can be improved. Before delivery they said that the pallets would fit into my SUV, however it didnt and upon calling, they said that we are responsible for dropping off the pallets. That's $20 down the drain.

Had sod die around my fire pit and I was given replacement rolls and Carlos came out to check that the replacements were doing ok. Responsive and effective customer service.

Excellent customer service, and even better sod. After several months of letting the dirt in our yard settle after major yard improvements, it was so nice to instantly have grass. Very glad we didn't use seed, hydroseed or artificial turf.

Average sod but lacking serious customer service. They do not reply to emails. Had to replace several pieces of sod using a local competitor.Reply to Response: Let's get it straight... After your visit, I told you I would follow up with you after a week or so to let you know how the sod was. It got worse. I then sent you an email asking you to replace those pieces. No response! Thats why I replaced 25 pieces. You ask what else you can do... refund me 25 pieces that I had to replace.

3rd time getting it, will never buy it again. Price reflects quality.3 times. All 3 times under Regan Daku. All three times I returned the pallets to a house. All three times the grass has died and grown weeds, all.three times I've done everything from seeding to fertilizing to doing underground sprinklers to whatever. Sod always looks great that season and then dies. I will always give something three chances. But no more for you guys. Thanks.

Prairie Sod Farm delivered the sod for our backyard 5 years ago. We were very happy to have beautiful grass. The sod was definitely the way to go, especially with lots of kids playing in the yard. So lush and comfortable to walk on barefoot :) Still growing strong!!!

Bought sod off if varage sale same day it was delivered to the customer. It was wet and had clumps of grass cuttings in it still. The grass on the left in the pic is prairie sod farm the one on the right is shellview also bought off of varage a few days after the delivery. Since I didn't buy from supplier can't rate customer service.
